Accounts moved to new brand without customer consent?
The SoftSwiss-powered Jubise online casino has reportedly closed its virtual doors and arbitrarily moved its customer accounts, without their consent, to TTR Casino.
The Gambling Portal Webmasters Association (GPWA) reports Jubise customers receiving this, rather badly written, notification of the change:
"Hello dear player! We want to inform you that your account was transferred to ttr.casino . It is new brand, which are completely awesome and boost our operation on completely new level.
"More than this, you will be able to get First Deposit Bonus at TTR casino again.
"Your login details are same for TTR casino, all balances are also transferred. Just login in your account and enjoy brand new casino!
"Thank you very much"
TTR Casino, which is seemingly also powered by SoftSwiss, is a Russian language online casino.
Interestingly Jubise Casino at jubise.com looked to still be taking business as InfoPowa went to press.
