Malaysian Police Active In July Raids On Illegal Online Gambling Venues

This month alone, police in the Melaka Tengah district have seized 169 computer sets

The police in the Melaka Tengah district of Malaysia have reported to local media that in July 2016 along they have confiscated 169 computer sets from illegal online gambling venues, and intend to keep the pressure on unlawful operators.
District police chief ACP Shaikh Abdul Adzis Shaikh Abdullah said 19 individuals had also been arrested and charged with online gambling offences after police raids on more than thirty venues.
