29 raids over the past week

Police in Sarawak, Malaysia have reported a renewed initiative over the past week against online gambling in which 82 persons have been arrested in 29 different police raids.
At a police press conference Sunday CID chief, Datuk Dev Kumar M.M. Sree Shunmugam said the raids were conducted by state and district CID officers, and yielded the confiscation of 72 computers and tablets, along with cash and other evidential material.
The raids followed a similar sweep earlier this month in which 84 individuals were arrested in 42 raids, the police spokesman revealed.
