In case brought by Dutch regulator Kansspelautoriteit

A district court has ruled in favor of the Dutch gambling authority in its case against payment service provider Curo B.V.
The Kansspelautoriteit claimed Curo Payment's provision of payment services to illegal gaming company websites owned by Bluemay Enterprises NV flouted Dutch gaming law by "making online gambling possible".
InfoPowa readers will recall Redcorp S.A. and Bluemay Enterprises NV, the two gambling firms behind Red Slots.com, each received a hefty fine of Euro 240 000 back in November 2014 for offering gambling services to the Dutch market.
The court upheld Kansspelautoriteit's position that the provision of payment services to illegal, unlicensed online gambling firms operating in the Dutch market is a violation of Dutch Law.
