The inaugural iGaming Legislative Symposium opens February 27 in Sacramento

Online gambling will reportedly be the main focus of the inaugural iGaming Legislative Symposium, which opens February 27 in Sacramento, California and is attracting a great deal of interest in the US at present.

With speculation running high that California may be the next US state to legalise online poker, the conference has been designed to identify the critical issues regarding legalisation and explore solutions and success scenarios applicable to jurisdictions across the United States.

Industry experts such as Geoff Freeman, president and CEO, American Gaming Association; Mark Macarro, chairman, Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians; and Richard Schuetz, Commissioner, California Gambling Control Commission, will discuss a wide range of internet gambling-related topics.

Confirmed expert speakers include operators, analysts, technical specialists, consultants, lobbyists, politicians, lawyers and businessmen.
