Nektan Appoints Former Bwin And Betfair Management

Solid industry expertise added to "mobile first" executive team

Mobile casino and bingo games provider, Nektan, has boosted its senior management team with the appointment of Dominic Le Garsmeur and Simon Teppett.

Le Garsmeur joins from bwin.party to fill the Product Director role left vacant by the relocation of Richard Sagman to set up Nektan's US operation. He joined bwin.party's Partygaming casino division in 2006 where he became Head of Product for casino and games.

"I'm really excited to be joining the team here at Nektan and building on the great foundations that the team have already put in place. My focus will be on continuing to create innovative and fun content, optimised for mobile and tablet devices, that our clients both existing and new really need," commented Le Garsmeur.

Simon Teppett takes over as Chief Technology Officer at Nektan. Teppett spent 5 years as Head of Mobile and TV Technology at Betfair and brings with him a track record of successful mobile technology delivery across large player bases as well as extensive experience in team management and mobile product development.

"I was drawn to Nektan by their single-minded belief in mobile-first gaming and their restless desire for quality and innovation. I'm looking forward to working with this visionary team to deliver world-class gaming platforms and content," Teppett said.
