Dual listing is being considered

Amaya Gaming, the Toronto-listed online gambling group that recently agreed to acquire the Rational Group, parent of Pokerstars and Full Tilt Poker, has indicated that it is considering a dual listing on either the London or New York stock exchanges.

The Reuters news agency reports that the disclosure, which has not yet been directly confirmed by Amaya, was made to The Times newspaper by Amaya's chief executive, David Baazov.
