The Pala Band of Mission Indians have launched a JOINGO developed and powered Pala Casino Spa & Resort mobile application for the iOS and Android platforms.
The application features Loyalty Account Integration, Location-Based Services, Slot Finder, and interactive property details.
"We are pleased to partner with Pala Casino Spa & Resort, which represents our first agreement with a tribal casino in Southern California," said JOINGO's president Seamus McGill. "We are confident that our award-winning technology will help Pala achieve their marketing objectives of increasing guest visitation and reducing direct mail costs."
Brian Turk, chief information officer for Pala, added: "By partnering with JOINGO, we've quickly launched a mobile app with state-of-the-art custom features. Using JOINGO's mobile platform, we will engage with our players in ways that have never been possible before."
