New Responsible Gambling Facilities For New Jersey Online Punters

Variety of personal exclusion channels available

The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) announced Thursday that it has made it easier and more convenient for players to self-exclude from New Jersey online gambling sites by adding new regulations.

Online punters who wish to self-exclude can now do so by registering directly on the DGE website, or at NJPortal.com.

Internet gamblers taking this course will have to respond accurately to questions confirming their identity.

Various choices are available to the gambler, including one-year or five-year self-exclusion terms.

The new arrangements make the act of self-exclusion faster and simpler; previously players wishing to follow this course had to first open a gambling account with a New Jersey online gambling site, and then self-exclude through the site.

The DGE points out that personal self-exclusion from land casinos in New Jersey can still be done in person at the DGE offices or casino and gambling operations anywhere in the state.
