New CEO appointed as Dr. Hans Cornehl steps down
ZEAL Network SE's (formerly Tipp24) chief executive officer Dr Hans Cornehl has declined to renew his contract due end December 2015 after serving thirteen years with the company.
Cornehl has spent the past thirteen years on the Executive Board of the company, with a period of four years of those as chief executive officer.
Dr Helmut Becker, currently serving as chief marketing officer, will succeed Cornehl as the new chief executive officer.
