U.s. Financial Regulators To Renew Uigea Funding Prohibition

U.S. financial regulators, The Federal Reserve and Treasury Department, are inviting public comment on the renewal of its "Prohibition on Funding of Unlawful Internet Gambling".
The agencies, as a collective, intend renewing the act in its entirety but will evaluate and submit public comment, including supporting material, to the Office of Management and Budget.
