Affiliates Advised To Cease Promoting Unregulated Websites In New Jersey

Have 150 days to comply

The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) says it will offer amnesty to affiliate operations promoting unregulated websites to the New Jersey market but warns action will be taken on those that continue.
Affiliates will be given 150 days from June 4, 2015 to clean up their act following which they will be liable to prosecution.
According to the GPWA, a communication from the DGE said affiliates will receive amnesty if:
a) Ceases to promote any illegal online gambling site to any NJ or US players where such conduct is illegal
b) Submits a notarized certification attesting to this fact
