Visa Europe Experiencing Delays Due To ‘Technical Issues’

If you’re wondering why your online casino pay-out in Europe is taking longer to arrive than usual, here’s the reason; Visa Europe has advised merchants that it is experiencing a ‘technical issue” in an advisory sent out this week which explains:
“Due to a technical issue on Visa Europe’s side, settlement of funds for Visa transactions in Europe are delayed. This may lead to a delay in purchases or returns appearing on customer account statements. This issue does not impact Visa’s ability to securely process consumer purchases, nor does is impede merchants ability to accept Visa. Visa expects the issue to be resolved within the next 24 hours.”
