Almost $10 million in funding raised since November 2014

eSports platform developer, Unikrn, has announced closing a Series A funding round from a group of investors led by Jonathan Teo and Justin Caldbeck of Binary Capital for an additional $7 million.
Unikrn said it will fund further development of its eSports Unikrn Arena platform which offers wagering on competitive video games matches and tournaments such as League of Legends, Dota2, Counter-Strike and Heroes of the Storm.
The company raised almost $3 million in seed funding back in November 2014 and more recently entered into a partnership agreement with Tabcorp's LuxBet platform (see previous InfoPowa reports).
