UKGC Invites Suggestions to Improve their Site

By Simon Wright, Last updated Jan 28, 2021

The UKGC have called upon visitors to their site to provide feedback which will then be used to help improve and replace their existing website. As part of this project, the Gambling Commission have started a survey titled ‘Website testing participation survey’.

The survey which takes no longer than two minutes to complete, features questions such as whether those participating would be available and keen to beta test any new potential site.

Alternatively the UKGC have invited suggestions for improvements to a dedicated email address which has been setup specifically for this project. Should you wish to take part in the survey, you can do so by visiting this link here.

Or you can email the UKGC direct, using the email address userresearch@gamblingcommission.gov.uk.

In terms of timescales as to when we can expect a new site for the Gambling Commission, as of yet no firm date has been provided. But it is expected that the new site will go live at some point during 2020.
