Revenues Soar At Perform Group

Q1-2014 numbers show strong performance from subsidiaries Watch&Bet and Opta

The UK digital sports media group Perform has released its Q1-2014 numbers showing revenues soared 32 percent, thanks mainly to strong performances from the Opta and Watch&Bet subsidiaries.

First quarter revenues reached GBP 59.6 million (Q1- million) positioning the group strongly for the upcoming World Cup football in Brazil mid-2014.

Joint CEO Simon Denyer, said: "Good early progress has been made on the cost reduction plans laid out at the full year results and we remain on track to hit our cost base targets.

"Overall the Group remains confident that it will deliver full year revenue and EBITDA growth in line with expectations."
