Look up Paul "MalACEsia' Phua on Google and you will find reams of reports on his 11 month fight against a questionable FBI online sports betting sting operation in Las Vegas several years ago which ended in the prosecution withdrawing the charges after an expensive investigation that crossed the line on enforcement legality.
Aside from that fame, Phua is a successful Asian billionaire businessman and an accomplished poker player who has earned the respect of several big-name high stakes poker players, and he is now passing those skills on through a professionally presented online poker website titled Paul Phua Poker.
Phua's golden business touch is evident in the marketing activity for the new site that has become noticeable, with a heavy emphasis on social networking outlets offering currently free poker training vids in which Phua himself takes novices through the complexities of playing and winning at poker.
Phua has an impressive poker c.v. that includes a number of six-figure and one seven figure win, so his credentials are already well established, and it will be interesting to see how he develops his new venture.
