Beg Replaces Bet-at-home Shares For Institutional Investors

By Casinomeister, Last updated Jun 17, 2016

Around 10 percent of the company to be placed in the capital market

Betclic Everest Group (BEG), bet-at-home.com's majority shareholder, will replace up to 350,000 shares (10 percent of bet-at-home's entire share capital) with institutional investors saying it aims to increase the presence of the company in the capital market, its free float and the liquidity of the shares.
BEG confirmed it has no existing plans to sell further shares of bet-at-home.com AG and will continue its support of the development of the company in the future.
