Withdrawal at Rizk - problems

So as there is no rep here for risk casino , I withdrew 200$ on December 1st, approved same day, they use world pay as payment provider for canadians, never a problem 24hrs in my bank account, now 9days later no money, a bunch of *snip* idiot's at support, no live chat, no call back, *snip* scammers, what are casinos becoming, no *snip* answers, where would someone go from here, as I have no idea, *snip* *snip*.

By the way - Rizk was sold to Betsson recently - so updating that and contacting that rep.

Never had any problem with them.

The customer support has sadly suffered after bettson bought them however, they don't seem to have much knowledge compared to the previous guys.

I had a withdraw approved, then a week later for no reason reversed back into my rizk account... another thing worth noting, is if you make a withdrawal via bank transfer they now take a % for whatever reason

To be fair to the Betsson rep, they are one of the few affiliate managers I deal with who respond quickly to emails. Some don't bother responding at all, let alone same day like these do.

I'd rather a slower reply where I get either answers or an actual result than the robotic, copy/paste-like e mails that usually just confirm what you already know and that they will do nothing about it.. but if they do, or you have problems someone will contact you In an email or email someone us later so we can email you.. to let u know we got ur email

Heres a snippet from my last email from them

. I would like to advise you that your recent withdrawal has been returned by the payment provider due to an issue with the transfer

And what's even worse is, the money showed up back into my rizk account a day before I got the email and I honestly believe the crooked bastards only reversed it back to my rizk account was because I hadn't made any deposits with them for a few days when they're used 2 me making multiple deposits a day to them,

It took 8 days 2 get reversed back into my account - nothing has ever been changed - I made the same amount withdraw a few days earlier, and everything went thru as expected [it took 4 days thou!] And I often reverse withdraws that aren't locked

Betsson suck
