Well as some of you know im pretty easy going and dont often go into the forum with issues but
just have to let some steam off.
been having an ongoing issue with withdrawing from @Winz.io casino started on 24 of jan when my first withdrawal to Neteller
got canceled, but i shouldnt worry they would fix it
2 days later i tell them @BitStarz had the exact same issue and as its Dama as well they might be able to get some help from them as they actually did fix the problem big thumbs up for the rep and support there.
they tell me thanks for trying to help but they are on top of thinks.
so i try Bank transfer on the 28th for €400 and few hours later even that got canceled ?
got frustrated by then just played the balance out by buying bonuses was at €600 at one point
but then on monday i mail them this as i have had a mail everything should be ok now.

just a quick question though can you guarantee that i will be able to withdraw either through Neteller or
bank transfer ? i still cant deposit with Neteller i can see that ? and dont see the point depositing if you cant

We have received a confirmation that the issue have been resolved and there must be no issues with withdrawals in the future.

so in my good faith i did deposits actually in few hundreds and after a little profit from a deposit yesterday
i figure i withdraw, well low and behold everything as it was before all canceled so i felt used as i wouldnt have made deposit if i knew this.
i have always valued Winz as fast withdrawal and quick relible support is the main think for me
when a play at casino and i even voted for Winz as the best casino last year
but this time they have failed miserable on both occasions.
