What happened to the Rushmore Group?

I just noticed that the Rushmore Group (Rushmore,Cherry Red & Slots Oasis) are no longer on the accredited list or in the rogue pit. What happened to them?

The final straw was a botched fraud investigation that took months to complete. There were other recurring issues as well ie. long payment delays, and most important, a history of non communication with Bryan on certain issues.

EDIT: This is NOT directed at the OP or Secret2...but I was just curious if, when people log onto the forum...if they read any other section besides Online Casinos? For example, does anyone ever read Forum Announcements, the Casino Industry Discussion forum or either of the Complaints forums? I know if time is limited, Online Casinos is the busiest forum and the one that most would read most frequently. But sort of wondering how many people spend any time looking through the other forums, or the main site itself?

Uh huh...I do... Some great stuff to be found around here..It is like a treasure hunt sometimes...I awlays find a nice little nugget of information that I did not know or wasn't aware of.....now, back to the hunt!

I admit when I first pull up CM, Online Casinos is the first one I go to...if I have a little extra time I will go thru the bonus and non bonus complaints section.....and if its late nite and the gambling funds are low...and the insomnia kicks in, I will go back and read the Pirate thread or the English Harbor thread.

As as far as the Rushmore group goes....they were my favorite group to play at for the past year...but sadly I closed my accounts there last week. Just got tired of the deteriorating service, and Louise's lack of involvement

I look at Online Casinos first, then Screenshots, then America the Beautiful, then maybe the complaints, and whatever else looks to be recently updated.

When I come to the Casinomeister Forum, I just click on New Posts and it brings up all new posts in whatever category since the last time I logged on. I believe it doesn't bring up ALL posts but at least most of them.

I do the same, and if you're a daily visitor 'New Posts' really helps to keep up to date across the forum.

The 'subscribed posts' is another useful function in your control panel where you have particular interest areas.

Same for me, I come here daily, so the NEW POSTS section usually covers it for me.

But this thread was about Rushmore if I remember right?

I have them installed again, just to play the freeroll tourneys.
But I wont deposit there, first they still have the bonusrestrictions for Neteller/Moneybookers, second they still have not fixed the lags.

Before I start playing the tourney I first check in funmode if there are lags, and more often than not I can barely make 5 spins per minute.
When I click SPIN, I expect the first reel to land within a second, maybe 2, but not 15-20.

Thats like watching a painting dry.

There are many complaints on several forums, so I know I'm not the only one but CS keeps telling everyone that there are no problems and everything is working fine.

Did you read my reply to the OP? Or either of the links I provided, one of which is Bryan's post telling everyone why they are not accredited anymore. There's more to accreditation than just support and payouts.

Funny, I've never used the "New Posts" feature, lol. I always just start at the top of the forum and work my way down through the different subforums. Screenshots forum I usually only glance through once a week or so. I don't always have the time to read through every forum, so I will end up coming back to it when I do. And I quite often will check the "related threads" at the bottom of each page as I'm reading...great way to get history on similar subjects/casinos.

I personally don't care for the latest post feature. Many times a good thread can get dead and buried because some people may not see it as they only browse thru the latest posts.

Guilty as charged!
I always look at "Online Casinos" but often don't bother with the other sections unless I am aware of a particular thread I have interest in.

I had forgotten Bryan removed Rushmore from the accredited list. It's a shame as they were really good about 2 years ago, but obviously they're not bothered about that or they would make a serious effort to get re-instated.
Certainly not rogue though - not many player complaints about them.

I have to agree, have had no problems with Cherry Red withdrawals. Waiting on Slots Oasis but don't think there will be any problems, we'll see. There never was. The lag time on there slots is another story, you just have to catch it at the right time. Don't know why they haven't addressed the problem. I'm sure they have lost tons of players because of that.

Well some seem to like the rushmore group which is fine. For me around 2 years ago maybe less I won a 6k RJ on my first visit. It took almost 6 weeks to get paid. Excuse after excuse. Didnt Pab as Louise was around then but to be honest she gave 1 line of bull after the next. I did though get paid - eventually.

Never went back and they have probably lost 1000s in deposits from me. If a casino pays quick e.g 24 hours or less then I will waste my hard earned £$ there. If not then no game. I remember all the Rushmore fans and could not work it out when I was waiting for my payout. I was so glad to see them of the accredited list here.

Even after they weren't accredited here, Louise was always around and responded quickly to PMs or posts concerning them - she was always one of the more visible reps here. But I haven't seen a post from her for awhile now.

EDIT: ok I just looked, her last login was 5 days ago but her last post was July 29th when she said she'd be taking 3.5 weeks off, I hadn't noticed it til now. Hope everything's ok with her.

That's a distortion of the truth. Even though you've said more or less the same thing many times, it still ain't true.

For instance, it wasn't just "the forum" that agreed with the casino. The PAB process -- that's me _and_ Bryan -- supported the casino's actions too and were, I dare say, much better informed of that particular player's activities.

This isn't the time or place to resurrect that old business so suffice it to say there's a damn sight more to that case than you've mentioned. Just reminding you in case you'd forgotten.

Fact still is that roulette was not a restricted game. Im pretty sure GRA for example would have ruled in favour of the player, there have been similar cases before.

But then I remembered that you know everything about online gambling.
