What happened to the Rushmore Group?

Slots Oasis is the only Rushmore group casino I play at. While I watched with concern as they were removed from the accredited list, I have continued to play there without a problem. THey were actually the first casino I tried online way back when.

While their cashouts are slower than other sites, I always get paid in a reasonable timeframe. From business day requested, it takes about 3 days to get "approval" and then another 2-4 business days before my money shows up via ACH in my bank account. I haven't done a QT deposit/withdrawal with them so I can't speak to that timeline.

They do have "Live Chat" so I am puzzled by that question from an earlier poster in this thread. Now the quality of the live chat is a lot of canned answers and generalities, but if you keep poking and prodding you can usually get the answer or most of it.

If you are VIP status, you can then just go to live chat and ask to be connected with a VIP representative and they are very helpful and can expedite some issues. For example I had requested QT withdrawal and then it took 3 days for Slots Oasis to tell me that they withdrawal was declined due to the originating deposit coming from my cc. I was back to square one, so I contacted VIP explained that I was stuck and VIP was able to get my ACH started that same day.

One irritatnt with Slots Oasis that I haven't seen at the other sites I have used is their policy that you cannot deposit if you have a withdrawal pending. You must wait for withdrawal to clear. So you sit on the sidelines if you didn't keep enough active money to play or you cancel the withdrawal and re-request a partial. It seems odd to me that they would have you sit on the sidelines waiting for their slow cashier department - but that's how they do it.

So after saying all that, I still play there and do enjoy their 200% weekend bonuses offered each weekend.

Rushmore-pure torture

Ok, so I have not played at a Rushmore casino in months . I had deleted them from my computer..I got a email today from Rushmore offering me 300% bonus with 20x's WR..I usually do not take bonuses, but thought 'what the hell'..So I re-installed it, deposited 50.00, so I had 200.00 to play with..OMG, I wanted to poke my eyes out!!!

First of all, I never went anywhere near the 200.00 again..My biggest hit (and only once) was 18.00...Everything else was 2 0r 3.00 every 20 or 30 spins. The only bonus round I hit was T-Rex and I won a whopping 1.50 on a 1.25 bet.. Of course the very worst part was the agonizing slow spinning..OMG, I was going mad.. I truly had to close my eyes through spins and listen for the sound to know they had stopped. I could not look at those spinning reels anymore..Then it all came back to me...That is why I uninstalled it so many months ago..I just wanted to get through the money and be done with it..It took 45 minutes or so and is now deleted for good!!!

How can you play with 200.00 hit absolutely nothing, come on, one bonus round for $1.50...Really?? And get the slow spinning fixed already!!! or don't, I will never play there again...

Now I have a headache:(
 
Hi there, in a moment of stupidity I decided to make a deposit a Slots Oasis despite the fact that they are not accredited any more. I figured it was okay since they are not in the rogue pit. Anyway, I actually won some money! I submitted my withdrawal via Quick tender since I deposited via Quick tender. My account has been fully verified for over a yaeat.

After 24 hours and no payment, I contacted live support. I was told that payment could be anywhere between tomorrow and 10 business days? I told the rep that withdrawals are instant to QT even if I am in the US. 10 days for a QT withdrawal is beyond ridiculous and if that is the case Rushmore has lost me as a depositor for good!

I have sent a PM to Louise to see if I can get a clearer answer.

I am going to be very interested to see if this group does not end up in the rogue pit before long. This was a great casino group so what the f**** went wrong?
I really hope that they can redeem themselves although if i takes 10 days to process a withdrawal to qT I can see how>
 
I was paid within 48 hours from Rushmore casino which to me is an acceptable period. Id probably stretch it to 72 hours at a push before becoming annoyed. I have found out though that cashout depends on several factors, one of which is someone in their accounts going through every transaction you made for erroneous play. If someone plays all weekend for example this would be a LOT of transactioons to check over before payment would be released.

Thank you. It offers considerable credibility when the casino representative follows this forum and jumps in to correct mis-information. In general your cs representatives on live chat are good -- but occasionally it is frustrating to get what you know is a wrong answer.

This was not the case for my last withdrawal which was about a month ago. I waited 3+ days and was never paid. I contacted support and was told that there was a backup with withdrawals and it could take up to 10 days:mad: This was a withdrawal to use my wallet.

I contacted Louise about the situation and she never replied. A very poor experience since I had been a loyal player there for years.
 
just placed a withdrawal with rushmore for $4000 via usemywallet on saturday night and got my money back today. They are good to go in my book.
 
Going against the grain...

I decided to put Rushmore group back on my list since I ran out of other RTG's to play at. Plus they had a fantastic Holloween weekend special going and I actually took the offer.

I have had a withdrawal from Rushmore posted back to my usemywallet with 48 hours thanks to Louise...and I have another pending at Cherry Red.

Let me say this. I have had the best, most fun I have ever had this weekend within all the Rushmpre group of casinos than I have had for months at any other RTG....or 3Dice..... I even had a blast taking their pumpkin bonuses...yes..I took them...as I said, if they are worth taking I do break down and take them...and I am so gald I have...

Jackpot Capital used to be one of my favorites before they came on board here, (see links about them becoming accredited) and when a few of us agreed they were a good casino, they were brought on board.

I will say, that I am sad to see Rushmore on the not recommended list still. I would put Inetbet on that list before Rushmore with all the complaints they were having....yes, those are strong words but at least I have seen more playtime and fun at Rushmore than I have at most RTG's.

The reason I removed Rushmore group is because I play at one casino brand at a time and once I got rid of Inetbet....I chose Rushmore again.

All in all, Rushmore has been really good compared to the others for me. Hopefully, they will be brought back on board again as accredited.

The bonuses are better than anywhere else especially at the weekends. The only concern for me regarding the bonuses is that they are only available after 3pm Friday and onwards(EST)...(I want to play when I get home on a Friday at around 1pm..lol!!)

BUT, to see you here is great, Louise. :cool:

Rushmore...A Positive Experience

On October 20, 2010 my withdrawal was approved for $252.00 (got lucky in a free roll :)), no restrictions on the withdrawal...but was told could only be sent by wire transfer even though I have deposited in the pasy with QT (usemywalet) anyway...filled out all the info for the wire transfer withdrawal...6 to 10 WORKING daysm :)
on day 9 (yesterday, Nov 2) I receive an email stating that the wire transfer was returned by my bank ( for what reasons I have no idea) I was more that a little annoyed...contacted Natalia from withdrawalsand asked if it was possible to use an alternate withdrawal method ( QT )...after a few back and forth emails with Natalia...The funds were deposited to my QT account today, Nov 3, 2010.
They realized the mistake and rectified the problem immidiately.

IMO if you have a problem and treat them with respect and courtesy things seem to work out for the best.
