what´s wrong with deckmedia casino group (miami club, sloto cash, slots capital)

We are talking about 3 members here not 100's who had delayed withdrawals (1 a day late and as already stated in thread regularly gets withdrawals in specified time frame) all with legitimate reasons for delays.

Anyone that runs their own business will understand not everything runs like clockwork. I have viewed the same threads as you over the years where casinos have stalled payments and then gone under. I get it and understand why cash flow is always thought to be the culprit, but again for the record we are solid and have no issues.

Its easy to make assumptions and point the finger but nobody has privy to what circumstances a business deals with on a day to day basis and each business model is different so you cannot compare.

I am not here to defend the business but to deal with members issues.

As consumers, we have to at least try to compare a present experience with a business with past experiences. It's imperfect, and when Purple Lounge was in trouble, suggestions that it was going bust were dismissed as over the top, and so players continued to board the sinking ship by depositing for another month.

We have to play safe as no one else is going to guarantee our money. If we think a casino is in trouble and get our money out (or stop depositing), and we are wrong, we can always start depositing again. If however, we believe a casino can be trusted when it is showing signs of distress and claims it's a minor issue, and we are wrong, our money is gone forever.

It may only be 3 members, but it was 3 members all at once for a casino that seldom has ONE member complaining about a very slow withdrawal. These 3 members then felt like they were talking to a brick wall, whereas in the past the isolated complaints have been dealt with swiftly.

If the temporary problems are over, there should be no more than the isolated complaint from now on, and it should be dealt with swiftly.
