Hi all
So advise please but I feel I know the outcome my fault by a simple mistake or is this casino just takiing the Micky and very harsh

So let's start very simply at the beginning
Joined casinojoy added my fund £20 and got a £15 bonus on top(not a huge deposit player I enjoy just playing and hopefully winning)
Looked at the wagering it was a huge £900 play through so thought ok fiat enough not a chance on the little bets I play at
So carried on and I only play 99% of the time 20p spins well to cut a long story short and after about 3 days continued playing I managed remarkably to beat the wagering and managed to get about £350-£370 up so I withdraw the £300 and carried on with the remaining I am not so clued up on some.machines and lost the rest and waited for my winning very excited 2 days went by nothing so contacted casinojoy asking when it may get sorted nothing then after about 4 hours after I sent a help.request I get this

Completly baffled by what on earth that meant I contacted live.support and there telephone number doesn't work
The support on the end was baflfed aswell as they could see Nothing then 20p bets and sent in a request for me to get it looked at later that day I get an email sending me a report of my entries
I thought I hadn't done anything wrong and the wagering had gone as real.money kept flashing up when. I changed game.i had a couple.of £ left and went on the white rabbit and used the feature thing when .It gives you it and had a.go.bot it turned over and few.times.never win usual luck came.off that went on the chilli thing did the same.brought a.xouple.of features lost everything as you do was.wxcisted I had the £300 waiting for me.aleats I had done well
Well it seems because out of 4000+ slot plays on different machines on 20p spins
Which can be seen I had breaken the rules by those few.goes.on white rabbit and a couple.of chilli that they said
by by to my after wagering back to them the £900 and amazily getting a £300 return

I feel.so.harshly done too by this it was.quite upsetting as I've never once in any online casino ever had any issue on wagering and some.are staggering I lose.atleast 80-90% of the time.due to my low play amounts
I've tried.to.plead my innocence but feel that deaf ears by what others have put about this casino I. Have lost my money

If you had beaten wagering and the bonus funds had converted to cash it shouldn't matter what your bet size after that was.

To be very honest I thought I had I kept pictures of the wagering as it went down I withdraw some of the winning which was about £340 and it allowed me.ro withdraw and sit pending at no point did I see a
You haven't completely wagering withdraw refused sign nothing I then uses the rets to play some more small bet then tried my silly luck on those buy features

Don't really play with bonuses anymore but when I did, I set myself a "never go over a quid" type rule to avoid being caught out by this sort of stuff. Looking back, rare I got over 40 pence lol

Unfortunately with some casinos doubling up and bonus buys can be a breach of bonus terms which I suspect has happened here.

A couple of years back I won 6 K on betway with a despoit bonus and me being none the wiser had been spinning £20 a spin on starburst during wagering. it wasn't till I cashed out and started reading reviews that it dawned on me that I might be screwed lucky for me they didn't have max bet rule..

I think the online casino business is slowly getting more and more rotten. They know damn well, looking at your 20 pounds deposit and avg gameplay, that your no high roller. They would pay you one time and never see you again. The people who review accounts and payouts are like people working at a insurance. They aim for the lowest form of damage. And paying out 300 pounds is a way of damage control. I just dont understand why these rules are being exploited so much over time. I've never heard of this stuff. If you are not allowing a player on bonus certain things then dont offer these functionality in the first place.

They wouldn't clearly express what's overal breach other then what they showed me.and there nothing in the bonus section left to play so it was clear.i had finished the bonus and was.ok
So I resided to just telling them to shut my account and not interested the usual bull of we are.sad.ro.see.toy go.came.through and the usual want 20spins on the total rubbish starburst but not interested I played fair and they took my cash and my very small.win of £300 which was a huge win to.me

These crooks *especially* want you to increase your bet size. So that they can steal your winnings if you ever were to withdraw some time in the future.
