Glad I never hit my DOA2 15555x there then or it would have stolen 5555x
That’s shocking

Another UKGC licensed casino which is non-compliant with the regulations is PokerStars.
They display their games in such a way that the helpfiles aren't even accessible.
So your guess is as good as mine as to what RTP PnG (and all the other provider's slots) are running at.

I've sent an email to them asking about this, still waiting for their reply. But looking at other provider's they seem to be running at the highest RTP
Guys
Is this now confirmed max 10kx or max 250k payout? I play on these sites, and i wont play any longer here if this is the case but no one has come back to this thread for a while
ok, so had it confirmed, the coral help file max payout is all you will get. Thats an absolute disgrace and I'll do a new thread about it in a minutes
However, the main reason for the post in here is to check you all got an email from Coral and some money back, this is what I was told
In respect of your first point; we can confirm that any GGR made above the advertised RTP has been returned to affected players who have each been communicated to individually, this is in agreement with a mechanism proposed to the Gambling Commission by us.
In my view, ALL players who played PlayNGO games in the affected period were affected, even if they won.
For example, If you deposited £10, played 100 x 10p spins, had 85 dead spins, and a bonus and the balance ended up at £10.50, then who's to say it wouldn't have been £11.50 if the RTP was 96% rather than 94%.
I have no idea how to correctly work it out, but its clear that it doesn't just affect losing players.
@ChopleyIOM
Don't forget it was RedTiger tooI've certainly had no contact. But can't say for sure if I played P&G there.
Im not an expert with Digital but surely it would only be funds played through the game?
So if you had £10 on it, got £100 worth of play out of it on 20p spins, you'd get the difference in RTP. So the 1.5% or whatever it was, or £1.50
As of last night they still had quick spin on play n go. Not that I'm complaining! The difference in gameplay is night and day.Nice to see Ladbrokes send out almost daily responsible gambling emails, but are still in breach of the social responsibility section of their LCCP.
It's almost as if they don't care about responsible gaming or the rules they have to follow....
they still have it today, there are no loss limit settings on PlayNGo either, which I highlighted at the start of this thread, so shows how they view their RG responsibilities. As of last night they still had quick spin on play n go. UKGC really stuffed up with this 2.5 second shit.
They probably think it's as much guff as I dothey still have it today, there are no loss limit settings on PlayNGo either, which I highlighted at the start of this thread, so shows how they view their RG responsibilities.
