Hi, Just a heads up here, but a new game by synot 243 Mexicana is extremely laggy, it plays a few spins ok but then is really really laggy like some of the stake logic's were a while back. Its all the time as well. If you could look into it please maybe with the provider as its proper annoying! Got my mate to try too and is same on a totally different PC and part of the country.

Didnt bother flagging to usual support team as I cant be bothered to get stock answer like clearing cookies blah blah.

We have tried out the game but couldn't find anything wrong with it, seems to be playing smoothly here.

Troubleshooting obviously would help to find the issue if there's one. It could be network issue or browser issue perhaps but without more specific details this is just guessing.

It is laggy for me as well, but I find all Synot games a bit laggy maybe every 5 or 6 spins.

They don't pay out for me anyway, so I just avoid them!

Maybe play it for 30 spins or so and i'm sure you will experience the lag we are, like i said it does play smooth for several spins but then will do really long ones.

Just tried out the game in PC from here and it works without any issues. Do you get an error message? Usually troubleshooting helps if there is any issue related to device or browser. Some browers are more compatible with some games and I would always try to use Firefox. I would also try going to the site "whatismybrowser.com" to see if the browser is outdated, and try clearing cookies and cache.

The once partially sometimes almost exciting wheels are now a shadow of their former selves, pretty crap and borderline pointless really, so you're not really missing out on much mate.

Just another heads up about Synot games, it actually appears to be all of them for me not just the 243 mexicana Only been using chrome, but i will try firefox next time i have a session, but others have reported it as well any chance you can take another look as i cant see players sticking with them if they all that laggy??
