Had it a few years back now and took them a week to fix it with several emails/chats. It was a pain.Does anyone have any past experience on Vs of making a deposit that never credited ? If so how long did it take to resolve ?
I had missing deposit from a week or more ago. Initially Vs saw that it failed. But it looked to have worked from my end. I waited till the weekend to see if it would 'return' to my bank account but it didn't, it was correctly processed and left my bank.
Last Monday I passed on the transaction id/codes for the payment to Vs and have since not heard anything although I did try chat again but was told sorry it's taking time etc
Id have thought once transaction info was given it would be fairly quick to see and rectify - it's now 5 days since and nearly 10 since original deposit.
