I wish I could believe that winning was random, I really do. Up until around April ‘21, I might have agreed, to a point but since then that’s not the case.

I had played for 5 years at VS and never complained via live chat. From memory I only used it a couple of times re-withdrawals.

Yet now (if it wasn’t such a waste of time), I feel the need to complain about virtually every session. Take a look at the times, I have made 30-60 deposits that have disappeared without trace, in the past 2 years. Prior to that, it was unusual to make 5 deposits without having at least, some decent playtime.

Something has changed dramatically in the past 2 years but the last thing I would expect, is you to announce that publicly.

Havent used it yet though dont like the bonus structure at VS were you only get 10% implemented during wagering

Not too bothered about the deposit match at all, used to forfeit the wagering based part when I did get these offers and just use the 100/150 or whatever it was at the time Free Spins.

Least it gave me a little extra play time.

There is no reason not to take bonus as all winnings and earned bonuses can be cashed out at anytime. Only thing that would forfeit is the remaining bonus balance. So there is no attachments to your deposit

Big Time Gaming is also one of the few to only run 96% rtp.

I did play at VS once, but that was pre-Bonanza. I cannot say what my overall RTP was across various games, but it wasn't terrible. I remember being 900 quid in the hole there once on various and getting a £150 profit via Big Bang and Twin Spin, cashing out just over a grand. I lost there in the end as I have done at virtually every site I played at apart from Freaky Vegas where I deposited £50 and got that mad £2 3556x and w/d £7500 IIRC and then they went bad literally in the next two days so I never deposited there again. Sky Vegas I had just under 92% on Bonanza, that was my worst thus far that I have credible stats for. I also had 90.9% on Starclusters there over 26k spins which was when I shut my a/c.

Well, as you can see on the previous page, I have just ended up with 89.67% over 28,000 spins so a tad worse.

What I am saying, is the game has been nerfed since April ‘21 and has got progressively worse. That is the most up to date and relevant window in regards to what I am saying.

P.S. I rarely play anything other than 60p. The odd session at 80p so the skewing results isn’t applicable.

Has anyone ever known a bot be able to solve their problem? I’ve encountered a fair few and not once has it been a help. Tbh, it’s more a hindrance because it just wastes your time. Chocolate teapots spring to mind.

I think these bots are more for the newbie / inexperienced players who cannot solve simple issues like us "pros' could do without help.

Does work wonders though and not just casinos, I have several calls I need to make, one example to get my Sky bill reduced which is frankly ridiculous right now, but they are so clever as they know I won't speak to their online bots nor ring up and raise my bloody pressure ten fold when I finally get through after 30 minutes waiting and get someone who either cannot speak English or after explaining myself says "Aaah, so Jon you want to Swap to Sky Glass" or something totally random I did not enquire about.
