Resolved Slotsmillion Delaying Yet Again

I have been waiting for $3300 since Aug 10th, a very long time player with them, verified on numerous occasions, they wanted a bunch more stuff, some over the top, got this is done and reverified after a good 25 emails, Aug 18th the said they sent me a wire, I have made the last 10 w/d's via Etransfer however it wasnt an option even after me pleading with them.

Trying to track down my money they asked for my bank statement to prove I have not recieved it, sent immediatley yet they dont answer their emails for 3 days and now have asked for that statement proving it did not arrive during those 3 days, 2 days have past and heard nothing.

Fool as I am kept playing there and won $10500.00 last night, only option was to take a wire transfer.....but alas "we cannot process your withdrawal until you are verified".....says my address veriffication is about to expire.....I just sent this fu##ing proof last week.

Seems to be a huge waste of time to play at Slotsmillion since a long time back when there started to be problems at that casino.

They had lots of slots, but that was all.

Stop playing there now so you dont lose it all away.

There are some serious issues going on, this is BAD, I am a very long time player with them, they cannot even verify an address document, I have lived at the same place and used the same document for years, its been sitting for 2 days, they cannot payout a withdrawal the same method they are taking deps (Interac Etransfer), they said they paid me the $3300 on the 18th, today they verified that they see I wasnt paid....thats because they didnt send it.......I am in fear that for the first time in many years I will get stiffed the $13800 they owe me.

Brian or Max need to move this place out of accredited until they get their shit sorted out.

Players beware.

Ah, I remember the 'Rep Days', it was a whimsical time, when one would type a query on the forum and there they were, answering.

These days, it seems they're harder to catch than leprechauns. Doesn't even matter how they're alerted, pleas, flattery, mod reminders, or even the f***ing Bat-Signal, they're a law unto themselves now

Still, it was one of them moments in time when one could say "I was there"

They did respond, and they did figure out why I did not get my initial withdrawal and sent proof it was sent.

Still concerning that it took until this post to get some real action, my last PM in around May went unaswered. I have been a supporter of SM when everybody else was having issues, they were always prompt to pay me and I had few issues, both Phillip and Aron have been good to deal with, unfortunately the delays and lack of information have given me serious doubts, as well they only offer a wire transfer as a means of withdrawl for Canadians, Interac Etransfer has gone away even though they accept Interac for deps.

From all accounts it appears there are internal issues.

I saddens me, this is still my favorite place to place, great selection of games and I can lock my withdrawal.....saying that what does it matter if I cant get in in a timely manner.

Regarding your first withdrawal, which was already processed, they are resolving it via the payment provider to see why it has not been received by your bank even though it has already been processed by our team. My colleagues are on top of this topic and will provide updates.

Hi Daniela,
Interac has been an option in the past, it has not been available for quite some time, as well I believe it was Aron that told me it was not available, I only ever deposit via Interac or Mastercard, seeing that Mastercard is not available for withdrawal in Canada Interac transfer should be avilable for all my withdrawals (if you actually offer it), I asked both Phillip and Aron to process my withdrawal through Interac after the problems, it wasnt available, it costs me $35 for each wire transfer you send and the wait time is close to a week, Interac is free to me, please verify.

Slotsmillion have not prosessed my WD(whitdrawal) since monday. They are canceling my locked WD for no reason, then i have to start the wd process over again and wait 48h. Now i got a mail they have troubles whit WD and maybe i get my WD next week

When i played here, before they started their nonsense in SOW'ing for 900 quid of deposits in 2 years, they were 48hrs on the dot. Then they improved and it was normally within 12hrs. Then they went off the deep end and my last one ,for a massive 100 quid, took 10 days. Seems they've got stuck there (Bug bearer is when a place says the delay is down to staffing - sorry, but that's not a players problem)

They had a lot of good things going - 3/4 offers a week for boosted low rolling, but not worth it if you're having to pray to The Man above to get your cash by the end of a working week. Then the offers stopped and tbf you were left with a place with had very little selling points, other than withdrawals taking forever (might want to check the CM review as we have thing like fast withdrawals and a loyalty scheme noted as Pro's, neither of which i don't think actually exist)

Quick update on the status of my withdrawals, the $10500 was in my account today, this is relatively quick for a wire, still waiting on the first one which is supposed be in electronic transit somewhere, I am sure that will hit my bank early next week.

Another great accredited site. Trust CM's accreditation process: "Everyone passes, folks :)".
Perhaps if you had been around longer you'd have noticed the string of casinos who've had accreditation removed over the years.
