Anyone else having trouble getting paid by Rushmore? It has been over a month since my winnings were approved, but no money. Everytime I call, I get a different answer and the next person I talk to said to disregard what the last person said. This is all making me wonder if I will ever get paid.

I am not totally 100% sure but it seems as though I have read about this at Club world and slots oasis as well and I am pretty sure they belong to the same group (i might be wrong) so I am smelling a pattern.
They have no history of "ripping" people off so I am sure that as long as u didnt break any rules you will eventually get paid

Slots Oasis are in the Rushmore group, but not club world (different group).

Personally i've always found Rushmore group to be slow payers, they almost never pay according to the timescales on their website. But they have always paid me eventually without too much hassling, even for some pretty large wins.

Send a PM to their rep on here, she's good.

Thanks for the idea. I'm new to the board so how do I find the Rep for Rushmore on here? BTW, one of the people I talked to said it was because I paid by electronic check and they are having issues with that, however, I told them they don't seem to have any trouble taking my money...and a wire transfer to me doesn't have anything to do with electronic check. The lady I always sent messages to, Natalie Jordan, they told me is no longer there.

Louise,

I've been very happy with Rushmore and have not had any problems until now.

Why haven't the withdrawals been processed? I'm tired of hearing about "Technical Issues" for the past two weeks. I'm sure all the other bills have been paid, so why haven't the players?

This is not good and obviously reflects very badly about the casino.

Patience is wearing thin at this point and the lack of information about the cause and timing of the resolution isn't helping.

It is often also a worrying indicator that the company has a cash flow problem and could be about to head south.

Be careful around casinos that behave like this, are shedding staff and don't communicate with their players.

I know this part is true. I used an echeck at Bodog, and it took them forever to clear the check at my bank ( of course they state 7 days). Then when it does clear, it can be another 7-10 days for the processor. Then of course you have to wait on the delivery with FedEx or USPS...another 5 days maybe more. It's annoying. Echecks are convenient as far as funding your casino account, but the withdrawal process takes a bit more time. Good luck.

Rushmore not paying winnings

Hi folks -
I am new here and ran into a situation where I won a random jackpot at Rushmore casino on November 24th. It has been over a month and I still have not received my winnings. I send messages and I get vague answers about technical issues and processor changes. I have won before and was eventually paid after some complaining, but nothing like this. Rushmore doesn't even respond to my emails any longer. Has anyone had anything similar and is there something I can do? Any recourse? I am so frustrated with the lack of courtesy and response from Rushmore Casino.

That is disgraceful.

I would submit a Pitch-a-bitch via Maxd.

Could someone please post the link as I'm on my mobile and it's a pain. :)

They USED to be accredited. Good call. (on the lowered status)

They were a pretty big gun in the casino world and things like this should tell us all that things are not pretty in casino land as of late.

Well sure hope you get paid. When i won a 6k random there well over a year and half ago it took me around 6 firggin weeks to get the wire. 1 lame excuse after another. That was shortly before they were booted off the accred list here. I never deposited again and would advise anyone who wants timly payouts e.g 24 hours or less with zero excuses then look to play elsewhere. Fingers crossed though you get what is rightly YOURS!

Not paid either...

I have been playing @ Rushmore since 2008 and am usually paid within 10 business days via wire...I am a US player.

As of today, I am still waiting to receive payment for two "approved" withdrawals totaling over $6000. One is now at 20 business days from when it was approved and the other is at 15 business days.

After speaking to several managers and other "VIP" hosts, they all say that I will be paid, it is a priority, blah blah blah...

Apparently, they cannot (or are not) processing ANY payments, regardless of the method, yet they are still accepting deposits...wtf?

At what point should I just dispute the charges (deposits to the casino) on my credit card? Are there any consequences if I do this? I've put over $6k worth of CC charges through Rushmore in the last 60 days, so obviously, I'd only dispute the amount they owe me.

Hi travelingboy

If I were you I would wait a bit more before disputing charges. Chargeback is the last line of defense against rogue casinos, you may end up in a negative database. In other words, you'll be likely to be excluded from other RTG casinos.

In my experience the group has always paid, and I believe that at some point Rushmore and the other casinos will pay.

I hope this post has helped you.

Happy new year 2011 to all of you :)

Just found out there main affiliate manager has left them today.. Got to be some big problems going on there.

Right at the last possible moment, and only if there is no sign of any progress, or clear evidence that these excuses are bogus.

It seems they are not processing ANY payments at all, and they have no idea when they will solve the problems. There is therefore NO guarantee that ANYONE will be paid at present, since they don't know if these issues CAN be solved.

It seems VERY suspicious that a "technical issue" could cause such a COMPLETE shutdown of EVERYTHING related to payments. If they were more willing to tell us more about the nature of the problem we might understand, and be more patient, however the secrecy is worrying. Secrecy usually means there is something to hide that is WORSE than the information being released.

This is how the EWX fiasco has played out. They used the "technical issues" excuse for WEEKS, but the longer it takes to solve a "technical issue", the less believable the excuse becomes. It seems Rushmore have had this particular "technical issue" for almost a MONTH, and it does not JUST affect US players either, so CANNOT have anything to do with the additional problems involved with processing through the US borders.

The most obvious explanation is that they have taken a MASSIVE hit because of the US situation, and have lost access to pretty much all their funds, and need to find further liquid funds to begin processing payments again. Technically they are not "bust" in such a situation, but would be unable to pay anyone until they had alternative funds in place. Despite being a "US problem", it would also have a serious impact on payments to non-US players.

EWX was a major player in the US processing system, so there must be considerable sums tied up on both sides (players & operators).

Is there anyway to combine the multiple threads about the rushpod group's no pay/slow pay. It would be helpful to have just one thread to refer to.

Sorry if that is a pain in the bottom question, just that I think it would tidy up the board and be easier to access info on.

One of their VIP Managers....Michael Baxter abruptly left in the last 60 days for sure. He and I butted heads on a few occasions over certain issues. I won lots of money from them last year and thank heaven I was paid. I closed my accounts after the games got very suspicious in play, which seems to be that way across all RTG casinos, as of late.

I'm telling anyone that will listen, please, steer clear of all RTG casinos. There are turbulent times ahead and you don't want to get caught in their bag of tricks. I wouldn't trust any of them right now.

New Update

Apparently, two of the four VIP Managers resigned in December, leaving only two remaining VIP Managers, one of which is on an extended vacation.

I checked in today and there is still no answer on the timeframe for withdrawals.

I have been paid many times in the past, but each day that goes by seems like the likelihood of me getting paid is diminished.

If I dispute the charges with my credit card, what is the process? Just tell them I never received my "product" (since they always use third parties to process)?

Chargebacks are a huge no-no at Casinomeister, regardless (last I knew ) of the reason.

Everyone I know who ADMITTED making chargebacks here has been banned so you might want to keep that in mind.

I am trying to help you here, and I'm not passing judgment either way.

Thanks for the feedback. I've never made a chargeback in the past and am trying to never have to do it, but I just want to get paid...just looking for advice...I'm a very reasonable person :)
