Hello, I’m currently going through something similar with Rocketpot.io. How ever my balance was from only a deposit from my bank account. The 3x wager was for sure done. Before ever winning massive, I would be able to withdrawal more than the limit they set my account to “monthly $5k”. I am now on month 3 reset as of December 1st, I have reached out to support on the site and requested my $5k for the month. I have yet to get a response from support and my withdrawals have not yet been approved. Last month Rocketpot.io “didn’t have enough fiat funds to do withdrawals” so they instead provided the option of crypto instead which I accepted. I figured this would be the case again, but here I am no response or answer and would like to get my next withdrawal. Any suggestions on getting my money out?

Hi, I moved the post into a new thread specific to your issue. Kudos for searching the forum to find the casino thread relevant to you, but you will probably perfer a fresh thread here and advice on using the PAB service.

How much was your total win and how much did you get out so far? The casino still mentions their old 1668/JAZ licence and has not replaced it with even a rubber stamp such as Anjouan. It's good they have paid out some of it so far and even used crypto when they were running low on fiat funds.

With their solvency in mind, I'll mention a situation I had when I was living abroad in Canada. I had a five figure win at a casino called luckywilds. I was paid 2/3rds of the win pretty much immediately (within their withdrawal limits) and then for the next 6-8 months was chasing them down for the last 5k. I expended all the ADR/Licensing body options I had to no avail and eventually had to give up. In my case they were happy to pay out initially but seemingly became insolvent midway through. They were still open and taking deposits so perhaps were deploying some ponzinomics using new deposits to fund old withdrawals (first in first out). Their website is "under maintenance" now as i checked the site for the first time in many months so atleast they arent taking peoples money any more whilst paying seemingly nobody.

It's possible, given when they said regarding FIAT, that they are having some solvency issues. This may be the reason they haven't paid for any new licences, even the cheap ones. They don't mention an ADR and currently unlicensed so there is no recourse other than through the courts of curacao according to their terms, which isn't a realistic option.

Askgamblers terminated them for being unresponsive and CasinoGuru has a bunch of unsolved complaints and has given them a low safety index which doesn't bode well for a PAB here as it seems likely they will have a "no reaction policy" to complaints. It's still worth a shot though and the team here would be happy to give it a go. Other than that I would keep hounding them daily and hopefully if they are still paying people out perhaps causing alot of noise to them may make them prioritise your withdrawals over others who aren't.

Thank you for your response and shedding light on your experience.

My win was roughly $92k Canadian, and so far I have been able to get x3 withdrawals of $5k USD. It is scary seeing the new badge on their website as of Nov 1st 2024 they don’t have a new license.

I will be hounding them every day until I see withdrawals happen, I just don’t want this happening to anyone else since there are still people playing on their site.

I have been looking at the sites you mentioned and just didn’t know if I should purse that avenue yet.. overall I would love to get my winnings since it is life changing money for not only me but my family.

To clarify if you were making a complaint it would be through Casinomeister's PAB service. I was referencing these other websites as examples of the casino having a poor record with regards to responding to complaints rather than encouraging you to use those websites specifically.

Perfect I will wait a few more days, and if I don’t receive my new month withdrawal I will for sure use this sites PAB services. Thank you again for the quick response and suggestions!

Great, just remember to keep your expectations low considering their history but who knows! Main thing thing with your situation is they have paid you previously and made attempts to pay you via alternative means when the regular ones failed so that is a positive sign. Hopefully they get some cashflow soon and can continue to pay but it is possible it goes the same way as luckywilds. You'll just need to hope they stay solvent for the next 16 months if they do resume paying.

Here is a quick update, I still haven’t had any reply from the online chat. How ever I have been slowing getting the withdrawals for this months reset. Sorry I haven’t posted anything been a busy week at work. Just waiting for 2 more withdrawals and this month is complete. If there are any issues in the future I will absolutely use this site for helping me try to secure something from them!
