Casino Complaint Rushmore slow pay

I, too, am still waiting since November. Nothing in my account yet and I don't understand why payouts haven't been in any kind of order. I was a pretty loyal Rushmore player until all this happened and the way they handled this whole mess really says a lot about how loyal they were to us. I just don't know how I could ever play there again even if I do get what is due me. Trust is gone. Saying that and knowing I should never say never, If I do break down and play and don't get paid, shame on me. Just wish this was all over with - tired of checking my account over and over and hoping something will show up.
 
I have been waiting since November as well. They told me last week I should have the money by now. Finally, they asked me to send in my bank routing information again as they don't know why I haven't received the money yet. I sent it in and asked what they found out. They said they are still checking and to be patient. No word from anyone at all today.
 
Sorry to hear that. I thought this was finally going to be over, but sounds like just another excuse. They haven't asked me to do that yet, but probably will if I contact them. I am done calling and chatting online. I have heard it all and if I get my winnings at some point, I will be thrilled. If not, chalk it up to another life experience.

Dang it! I, too, was hoping this was all over with. Rushmore/Slots Oasis does NOT owe me any money. But I enjoy those 200% VIP bonuses on the weekends and was planning to deposit again this weekend and resume playing at their site. I thought Louise had it all back under control on behalf of the players.

So I will remain watching from the sidelines.

I hope to hear soon from members like you, that this is truly over at this casino.

I'm in the same boat as you. My absolute favorite group and I have been waiting for this to become "normal" so that I can play again. doesnt look good.
 
Rushmore has been outrageous

I am totally sick and tired of trying to deal with Rushmore. I won a large sum and it was approved for payment on Dec 2. I was told that they were having technical difficulties and problems with processes. They promised that my bank would have it the first of the week...of course, no money. Just called a minutes or two ago, the guy seemed to know my name (only because I have been a perfect pest) and just told me to contact my bank. DON'T PLAY RUSHMORE ANYMORE!!

Surly by now they should be in the pit! People waiting since Dec 2010 for payments ? Slow pay or No pay. Rather that "proceed with care" advise should be "do not proceed at all!"

Probably...but have you you walked in our shoes dealing with these people?

Well, I toughed out 5-6 weeks waiting for a large withdrawal from both Silver Oak and Royal Ace last year before I found this CM forum and the accredited list versus Rogue list.

So I think that qualifies as traveling down a similar path ----- but then I *learned* and haven't gone back.

I now stick with CWC sites, Villento, 3Dice, and EH /Superslots/Millionaire etc. That's it. All of those pay easily within 24-72 business hours of request if not sooner. That's where my money will be. QT for in/out works solidly.

well, i have to disagree. being treated this way really s****. and not letting people know what is going on...rushmore, tell them if the will get paid or not. and not let them hang somewhere in the air withouth nothing.

I believe that Louise and her team should be spending all their waking/available work hours communicating with their customer base that is waiting to be paid. Her last obligation is to a general forum like this.

"Take care of your customers - or someone else will" Old adage still very true.

As long as the customers are given believable current status updates most will be patient. But once they are lied to or misrepresented - all trust is lost and then things get rampantly negative like on this forum.

Rushmore doesn't owe me any money (No site owes me money). But I hope they recover their credibility since I do like playing there. For now, still sitting on the sidelines hoping everyone gets paid and when they do, that the previous posters come on and update the forum that issue have been resolved.

That's the point..they aren't communicating or being proactive, so we contact them and get some dribble about "technical difficulties, "we got it fix and you should have your dough in a couple of days", to now they don't respond at all. The only effort on their part to communicate with us is thru the one, maybe two, posts by Louise in this forum.

Their actions, or lack thereof, are despicable and they leave no choice but to leave one believing they're either dishonest, or incredibly separated from reality and human decency. Either case is unacceptable.

Well, I COULDN'T AGREE MORE WITH YOU! It is a disgrace how the players have been treated, judging from the comments here and I am no way condoning the way Rushmore chose to deal with this. I'm very upset even if I have no issue with Rushmore and I do sympathize with Gret.

I should have quoted just that sentence in my post, and I apologize for that.

I am owed by Slot Madness, who I discovered too late was bought by another casino group, when I do not know.

They owe me $2000 since Jan l and chat only continues to give the run-around, It you phone they either disonnect you or tell you that you will be paid but they can't say when.

So, I wish someone could get a handle on what is going on with some of these RTG's(inetbet still paying within 24hours).

I wonder if they were stung by EWalletExpress and don't have the money to pay winnings.

Unfortunately, disputing debt and credit deposit you have made up to the amount they owe you may be the only recourse.

They shouldn't be in business, report them to the Government for internet fraud, money laundering, Visa, Master card and put them out business so they can't defraud other players.

I am tired of them getting our money almost instantly and then paying whenever they feel like it.

Screw them.

Has anyone that has been posting here received any of their money? I haven't and it boggles my mind that so many people have lied to us in the past couple months and really expect us to believe it is coming. I felt when Louise posted that it was coming to an end and we could all celebrate, but that seems to be an untruth also. Since the last time they told me it actually was at the processors, it has been 10 business days. Any other casino I play at, once it has been processed, it is in my account in 2 days. 6-10 days!!! Why is Rushmore Group so different now considering in the past their deposits hit my account in 2 days. I can honestly say in all my years of dealing with business inssues, I have never been lied to so blatantly. I am very disappointed and feel for all of the rest of you who this has affected because I know how anxious and upset I am. Keep on keepin on! This too shall pass. ;)
 
Close of business monday Australia time still no further payments.

3 are missing from my cashier and i have emails saying that it has been approved and sent.

2 more withdrawals are pending in the client.

1 payment presumably from november was received a week or so ago.

Looking forward to hearing any updates from any involved parties, particularly customer service / casino group.

I believe this was the "technical problem" they have suffered, and the way they are trying to work this out is by paying the queued withdrawals from the fresh deposits they have coming in. For a while, they would have been without a means to pay as their previous processing chain would have been taken out along with EWX. Whilst they have clearly established a new processing chain, they are struggling to fund it, hence the "we have fixed it" followed by "it's broken again".

Provided enough players deposit and lose, Rushmore WILL pay everybody eventually, provided they don't get stung a third time. The risk is that they WILL get hit with another processor being taken out, along with some of their money, and be in a hole so deep that they can no longer climb out of it by relying on new deposits.

They are "lying" in order to avoid scaring away the players who are still depositing, but who are NOT awaiting a payment, and may be unaware of these payment problems.

The best way forward is to not deposit until the situation has been resolved, and to keep on at them. If they are NOT lying to players, then players NOT depositing until the problem is cleared will have NO bearing on the speed with which they manage to clear these outstanding payments.
 
Regarding the Slot madness issue a few posts prior, that company's policy is to pay out over 6 weeks to a few months. Sorry to tell you that but it is true. If you are owed a few thousand USD then they will likely finally pay you but only pay you half. Then another month or so will go by and they will pay you the 2nd half.
On a positive note, they really WILL pay you. On the obvious negative side, it takes a loooooooong time. Patience is an absolute must. check in every 15 days is what I did.
 
So I had a wire approved on 12/1 for 4000 at Slots Oasis. Sent out 1/3 and then again on 1/19. Kept getting the same answers, today I called and suggested they send it to my QT account. Received it within 30 minutes. I am thankful for that. I just dont understand why this wasnt done awhile back

Good news...I've finally been paid in full via QuickTender (The $6000+ owed to me)!

I had to ask to have my wire changed to this method twice, but it finally worked :)

Now, I just need to wait for the funds to clear my bank from QT.

This is my first experience with QT...how long does it usually take to hit a US account via a wire from QT?

i have asked them if i can get paid quicktender numerous times and response was its to late already sent- so why do we have to wait months to get paid and some get days??????

this is worse than the experience i had at palace of chance where i won 10k and waited 4 months to get anywhere but i got paid . this is proof that rushmore group is wacko tabacko

If you ask for support, are just the same answers ...

The money should be up tomorrow on my bank account. Then 10 days passed since the money was sent.

If by tomorrow there's nothing I do not think I get it yet

I played, they paid and paid fairly quickly. Sorry if that upsets you but others may find it important on this thread.

They joined to ask advice and submit a PAB related to totally different casino. Maybe you should do your homework before accusing someone of being dishonest or shilling.

I guess parpol is also a Rushmore plant as they were paid quickly. :rolleyes:

BTW I'm not defending the casinos delaying tactics just pointing out that it's not cool to attack someone just because you're angry about not being paid.
 
Unbelievable! Nice to know Rushmore is paying some people. Wish they would pay me! This news just really pushes me over the edge. :mad:

its not that i am mad at you i am thankful for the information it is the casino im having very difficulties with of why they pay you and not to what they owe first its been months. and yes i too was getting paid quickly for years until now

My best guess is that they have already allocated the money for you via wire payment but are having a difficulty making the wires for some unknown reason?

I agree with this statement. It took a ridiculous amount of time for me to get paid, but I was finally done so this past week via quicktender (aka usemywallet). If you are still waiting on a wire, I would HIGHLY recommend that you politely but strongly insist that they change your payment method to QT or another wallet and get your funds that way. You'll likely pay a fee to withdrawal from a wallet, but at least you'll get most of your money.

I am a presidential vip player at rushmore and spoke with the vip manager at length yesterday about these issues. I stressed the importance of being transparent with players about issues. He agreed completely with me and seemed to point back to the management providing "unclear" answers that were passed on to players inquiring about their funds. The vip manager informed me that they are still struggling with their credit card processor (which is evidenced by their significantly lower success at processing credit cards and much lower limits of $400 vs. $1000 before the fiasco) and wire processors, but are having virtually no issues with their ewallets.

At the end of the call, I requested a gesture of goodwill to keep me as a customer. I received an appropriate gesture, played with it for a good while, and requested a cashout via QT. If my funds go into my QT account this coming week, I will likely consider them for future play, but if these funds get delayed for some other BS reason, then this will be the end of my relationship with Rushmore.
