You joined the board in January 2011 and have three posts up...yup we are really that stupid.

Boy Howdy, you are a bit obnoxious at times, Gret. You are maybe paranoid and think you have to act this way to command respect? Guess what? You are simply making yourself look like an a$$, IMO.

its not that i am mad at you i am thankful for the information it is the casino im having very difficulties with of why they pay you and not to what they owe first its been months. and yes i too was getting paid quickly for years until now

Tatoo, just ignore what she posts. I don't think she was even talking to you this time. Just carry on with your posting, you are A-OK.

Yes this is what i have been told.

I used credit card so only bank wire, of course i have neteller and moneybookers as well.

Do the right thing rushmore / cherry red and pay out your players.
 
It used to be that Slots Oasis would only allow a withdrawal to QT if QT was your same deposit method.

Has that changed? It appears QT is getting players the best results on delayed payments?

I deposited via credit card and after significant persistence was able to withdraw via QuickTender. Prior to this issue, I didn't even have an ewallet...I had to ask Rushmore to send me an invite.
 
I agree with this statement. It took a ridiculous amount of time for me to get paid, but I was finally done so this past week via quicktender (aka usemywallet). If you are still waiting on a wire, I would HIGHLY recommend that you politely but strongly insist that they change your payment method to QT or another wallet and get your funds that way. You'll likely pay a fee to withdrawal from a wallet, but at least you'll get most of your money.

I am a presidential vip player at rushmore and spoke with the vip manager at length yesterday about these issues. I stressed the importance of being transparent with players about issues. He agreed completely with me and seemed to point back to the management providing "unclear" answers that were passed on to players inquiring about their funds. The vip manager informed me that they are still struggling with their credit card processor (which is evidenced by their significantly lower success at processing credit cards and much lower limits of $400 vs. $1000 before the fiasco) and wire processors, but are having virtually no issues with their ewallets.

At the end of the call, I requested a gesture of goodwill to keep me as a customer. I received an appropriate gesture, played with it for a good while, and requested a cashout via QT. If my funds go into my QT account this coming week, I will likely consider them for future play, but if these funds get delayed for some other BS reason, then this will be the end of my relationship with Rushmore.

Glad you got paid what was rightfully yours. Dont understand though how anyone would even conisder re-depositing at a casino which now has a rock solid proven record of slow pay or no pay. Why take even the smallest risk ? especially when they are a number of correctly run RTG casinos. For myself any late payment for any reason (other than my own doing) instantly means I conisgn that casino to the trash can never to return again ever. We already have enough of a gamble on our hands trying to win ;) why take a double dip risk of "will i get paid on cash out or not ??"

I completely agree...the newest "deposit" was a bonus given to me by the VIP manager as compensation for my trouble, so technically it was a no-risk deposit. I figure that this is a good way to test the waters without taking anything out of my pocket.

Since I've always deposited via cc, if signs of this were to ever resurface in the future, I could threaten (or actually do) a chargeback as a last resort to recoup my costs...
 
I have received one further payment via bank wire today.

Still waiting on more but this is again a good sign that we will get paid what we are owed by this group.

Well I wouldnt ever advise anyone to even threaten running a CB. This could get you blacklisted and barred from many a casino. Plus with some outfits if you hit big it has been known in the past to deny payout based on past chargebacks with other casinos using the same software. But hey thats a whole other story. De-rail over ;)

I requested a withdrawal of a decent sum of money after playing with the "gesture of goodwill" mentioned above on Saturday. Today, I received the first payment of the above withdrawal request to my QT account and expect to receive the second next week (due to the total withdrawal being over $4k). Support, however, is still pretty terrible with no response to emails, dealing with a rude person on the phone two days ago, and only just now receiving a response to my inquiry from Louise (the CM rep for Rushmore) that was sent to her weeks ago.

My conclusion? I'm happy to take as many "gestures of goodwill" that they'd like to send my way, but until customer service improves and I find that everyone on CM has been paid in full, I'm going to hold off on depositing at Rushmore.

After many e-mails today was the big day.


I was able to coordinate with the Withdrawal Department for a Withdrawal on my Moneybookers Account. Today I received my Money.

This excuse is now "dead in the water", so don't get caught using it AGAIN Rushmore.

"Can't" is NOT the same as "normal policy dictates that......", and when faced with EXTRAORDINARY situations, you do NOT doggedly stick with "normal policy" if doing so is going to create a damaging fiasco that could easily be avoided by introducing some "emergency measures" to temporarily override "normal policy" until things return to normal.

How many of these issues have been down to Rushmore doggedly following "policy", even though they KNEW they were having severe problems with some of these "normal policy" payment methods, and where a bit of "emergency measures" could have seen the player paid quickly through one of the FULLY OPERATIONAL payment methods.

OK...a stand up guy took care of the issue and was able to send the dough to QT, and cost me money to finally get it into my bank account. That is great...but why, and I mean this sincerely, did your people put all of us thru this?

As been said before, we are adults and understand when something happens. Rushmore was a great place to visit and we considered you an honorable business, and in some respects, a friend. You betrayed us, even after we just asked for an explanation! This hurts.

Over the past couple of months, I've been scolded, called "snarky" (whatever the heck that means), threatened with expulsion from this site because some goody two shoes lacked self esteem, called a "rabid dog", found out "ksech" is someone you can take to the bank, discovered that "travelingboy" is a smooth dude who gets what he wants and is a good guy, and finally, you ruined my friggen birthday.

In my dreams and day to day life, my world had been ruined forever because of this matter, but my Mom says I will survive and it will get better with time. My wife just says grow up...but I don't listen to her because she thinks I'm a human ATM (cash dispensing machine), but I still love her.

BTW...a lot of talk was made of rewards for working you thru the crisis and being patient...but yet I hear that Rushmore is saying.."stick it"..."you get nothing". I don't want a thing (PM me and I'll give you my account name on Rushmore so you can exclude me), but you should do something for everyone else.

I know many may not want to hear this as you were hurt by the delay but all of the rushmore group are paying me within 3 days time now. It is as if it is all back to normal for them. I use QT fwiw.

I posted similar in a new thread about Slots Oasis. Stick with QT for money and out and it appears problems are behind them now. Now I remain cautious and vigilant and keep track closely of timelines. But I am not worried with a withdrawal pending now.

Everything OK at Rushmore?

"Diane says YES". At least with my experience the last two weeks at Slots Oasis. That's the only Rushmore site I play at.

I deposited last week via QT requested cashout on Sunday night and by Wednesday (3rd business day) money was in my QT account. Same exact thing happened this week. Cashout requested on Sunday night, money arrived Wednesday.

So I have no complaints about current conditions,

What about those of you that were waiting to get paid???? Are you all caught up and current?

Slots Oasis Non Payment

This is my first time posting so i'm not sure if this is the correct location for this complaint.

Long story short i made a withdrawal (wire transfer) through slots oasis on the 17th Feb 2011 and it was processed on the 20th Feb 2011 for payment in 10 business days (no issue with this - have been paid on many occasions and usually after 6 days) I waited the 10 days and no payment. Sent polite emails and spoke to casino staff and was told there had been a processing error and my withdrawal would be reprocessed. Wasn't very happy but accepted this response.
Slots Oasis second attempt at wire transfer was on the 10th March 2011 and again 10 business days later and no payment after numerous assurances the monies had been processed this time.
I was told by withdrawals to send a Bank Statement to prove that the funds weren't in my account - I did this as instructed.
Still no payment and now no response from Slots Oasis.
I am a VIP member and i am incredibly disheartened.
Not sure what to do next????

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have them put the money in your QuickTender account and then transfer it to your bank. The Rushmore Group's withdrawal system is dreadful and it is quicker using QuickTender. They should be able to do this is 24-48 hours and then QuickTender takes over and they know what they are doing.

My problem is Real Vegas! I have a large payout and can't get them to pay!

Anyone else having trouble getting paid by Rushmore? It has been over a month since my winnings were approved, but no money. Everytime I call, I get a different answer and the next person I talk to said to disregard what the last person said. This is all making me wonder if I will ever get paid.
I have played at Rushmore, but never made a withdraw.

Still Having Problems

Rushmore is still having problems paying players via wire transfer. My 10 business days was up, now they tagged on another 10 business days because of "issues with our third processor". They would not let me request withdrawl via Quicktender a couple weeks ago because I deposited with credit card and therefore needed to withdrawl via wire transfer. This was their rule even though I've had many successful withdrawls via Quicktender. Now that I'm delayed for a few weeks I've requested rather than wait another 10 business days that they get the money to my Quicktender account. I wonder what the response will be?
 
I suspect that they will be discontinuing wire transfers for players in the near future.
The third PARTY processor (the people that actually do the wire transfer) are having trouble because of the UGIEA law, some US and even some Canadian Banks are blocking wire transfers from online casinos.

Write your Congress person and complain to them that they are interfering with your personal Liberty when they pass and/or support stupid laws like the UGIEA... Laws that take away your FREEDOM to spend your hard earned money where and when you want.

Still Waiting

I've been waiting for a withdrawal of $600 since March 24th. It has been reprocessed twice now with no luck. I was told I can't get it through UseMyWallet, which would make things so much easier. I just don't get why they are still using something that obviously isn't working.

I've got a payout waiting from April 11 at Cherry Red. Louise is not responding to messages since early February. I got an approval on April 18 telling me I would be funded within 6-10 business days, but it hasn't happened. Megan Ross is kind enough to respond but each time she says it will be "a few days"....after a couple of weeks, I'm wondering what a few days means...and Louise is silent. Does anyone know where she is?:mad:

Hi everyone,

Just letting everyone know that things are moving along nicely after a hiccup with the last batch with unfortunately got stuck for a few days with our processing company before it could be sent out. (Hence it taking longer than we had first thought).

A large batch was sent out 2 days ago and these should go through smoothly and be with players within several business days maximum. The backlog is very nearly cleared and most funds are already on their way to players.

Im not happy with SLOTS OASIS & CHERRY RED ,,they were my favorites I was suppose to be paid wire transfer ..I have been approved now have to be reapproved for the 3rd time ?? why ? 600.00 at one 800.00 at other ?? why so long I do mean along time now over 6 7 weeks now SLOTSVILLE ...GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR What is going on ? why am I not getting paid ? or why dont you add me as friend ,, I have been with your casinos for years & stuck up for them .. you take my money but you dont pay me ..why ??? so long

I think its important for all to know what Rushmore is doing to me right now. They have owed me now for 2 months & keep say O you be paid.We wouldnt be online if we didnt pay,well if thats the case then pay me,right. How these places stay online I dont know,but you think there would be a way to get them off so this doesnt keep happening over & over to people. It makes the rest of the online casinos that are good look bad. Ive been playing online for 12 yrs. now & if Rushmore doesnt pay me,I will never play online again.

I dont know whether I should say this but for every player that gets paid by this group there are at least 3 others that arent paid timely and on this they have been consistent over the last couple of years. I know I may be a little mean but given that they have time and again delayed payments to so many players I implore all of you to not post your experience of being paid as this may project a distorted picture that all is well with the casino. Obviously, they have fundamental cashflow problems which wont be solved anytime soon.

I received my first two wires

I received my first two withdrawls one approved on 9/10, one on 9/17 and they advised yesterday that the one approved on 9/27 has been sent.

So I suggest calling the casino, not emailing, to check the status of your delinquent payments.

I do believe you will be paid. But those waiting more than a month now need to get tough and call them and demand action.
 
Rushmore and Cherry Red Casinos

I'm new to online gambling and signed up withe Rushmore and Cherry Red casinos because they offer 3x odds at their craps table. Plus, they accept USA players. I watched casinomeister video on youtube about these two casinos. I then joined casinomeister and realized that many people are having problems , so I withdrew my funds. I have emails from both casinos stating that everything has been approved and processed and the monies will be wired into my bank. They also state it will take 7 - 10 days to receive the funds. It's been 30 days and there has been no monies wired into my bank.

I just wanted to give an update as to my withdrawal Oct 7, 2011.
I was asked to get an acct with Citibank as my BofA was not letting the
wire be processed. I did that and have be emailing back and forth with
Jessica (very helpful) and today I have my withdrawal in my bank acct.:lolup:
So... I am happy camper and have renewed hope for Rushmore.
Hope you all experience the same results with your withdrawals!!
New processor was mentioned so maybe that has been the issue??
