anyone else having problems cashing out at cherry red?

is tehre a rep here from cherry red about to PAB but want to talk to them first
 
ok thanks i will try that - the casino is usually good but i never had a cashout problem . before its now going on 20 days (bussiness days)
 
still have not heard from lousie- anyone else having issues with cherry red withdrawal or am i the only one? have a pending 1400 dollar withdrawal
 
(Have you had your docs sent in ? You might want to ask if they needed any updated ones. They will not ask for them, even if that is what they are waiting for. Had this prob last month)

Louise can no longer make withdrawals go any faster, but she can find out what the problem is. I usually go to live chat, find out what the hold up is and then send this chat to Louise, who has always been extremely helpful in getting to the problem and gets it done ..in a timely manner.

it is not docs i been a member since 2008 always had no issues with withdrawals - they are having 3rd party problems but i just wanted to know if im the only one with this issue . or any withdrawal problems . its been over 22 dyas now not including weekends.

i ahve a withdrawal pending on rushmore for 8 days and counting now (neteller). its not even approved yet.

they seem to have processor issues, also a buddy of another forum got the same response when asking for his withdrawal:

so i assume all will get paid, the only question is when. for me its a free tourney win so i can wait, but if i would have deposited and won big it would be unacceptable. as they not even give any hint of a possible timeframe :confused:

yes i deposited and i did not even get that email for having issues i been arguing on live chat to find out that hey having third party issues.

first withdrawal was wire transfer to bank wich i always do the second withdrawal is quicktender i have two pending withdrawals at same time
 
no problems withdrawing to....

quicktender unless you deposited via credit card and won then they will not pay to ewallet or quicktender only via wiretransfer, so if they are having problems sending a wiretransfer I would insist on payment to quicktender.

"Technical difficulties".....that old chestnut!

It really irks me when casinos spin this line. Why can't they just be honest and state what the problem is? I don't know about anyone else but I might be prepared to cut some slack if I'm not being treated like a moron.

Have you tried asking if u can use a different method? I would find it hard to believe that every withdrawal method is affected.

You would think this group would have a more robust system in place given their previous payment issues.

I would give Louise 24-48 hours to respond.she is a class act and will certainly do everything in her power to assist you.

I really hope you get your money soon!
 
i depsoited quicktender withdraw wiretransfer

i have two withdrawals one of them is quicktender

but thats only been 4 days-the wiretransfer after the 10 bussiness day as i was told iw would arrive i find out it never left and they are asking me to be patient and wait another ten days , im concerned because of that 10 days im in the 6th day now
 
as i wrote louise today she answered very prompt. but she just copy/pasted the email answer from withdrawals dep. i havent received it first as it was in my spam folder.

i requested witdrawal to neteller, my buddy whos in the same situation but not at rushmore hes playing cherry red awaits back-payment to cc.

so it really seems they have proessor issues on the whole system, no matter which method just all have difficulties.

if i read between the lines and assume what happened already in the past at rushmore i guess its more like cashflow difficulties rather than processor issues.

i only got an explanation after writing to withdrawals dep. if i wouldnt have asked nobody would have informed why nothing happens.


i would also appreciate more if they would be upfront and honest and say whats the deal and when they can pay. but maybe they dont know themselves :confused:

just very alarming, there should be warning maybe not to! deposit at any rushmore group casino until this is solved

as for now you can deposit but when withdrawals will be possible again, nobody knows :eek2:

i wrote 3 times to her and no reply or pm me ...

maybe she can come on here to elaborate?

anything will help as i am so frustrated with this casino right now
 
i wrote her this morning, maybe 12hours ago. she seemed to be online at that moment and replied within a minute.

iam sure shell answer you soon, maybe she hastn visted the board another time today.

i talked to cherry red again and im just getting apologies and the runaround- nobody can tell me whats happeneing with my withdrawal i mean specifics .

and the other withdrawal i have is just sitting there wont even be reviewed. so frutrating with this casino never had this issue before.

also i sent email to withdrawal department and no response over 16 hours ago.

can this casino be just lying about technical diffuculties or is that standard bull crap?

My withdrawal has been pending for over 30 days and approved 23 days ago - $900. I was told Louise was not there any longer. Rushmore is part of the Cherry Red Group. They told me the same thing - no time frame for getting my winnings.

I've been very happy with Rushmore and have not had any problems until now.

Why haven't the withdrawals been processed? I'm tired of hearing about "Technical Issues" for the past two weeks. I'm sure all the other bills have been paid, so why haven't the players?

This is not good and obviously reflects very badly about the casino.

Patience is wearing thin at this point and the lack of information about the cause and timing of the resolution isn't helping.
