Sounds to me like the Rushmore Group are about to go belly up. What other explanation can there be.
Is there any new insight here from anyone? I've posted on the other thread that it just doens't make sense that the US gov't is involved, yet that is what everyone seems to believe. Other than that, I'm hoping (but not overly hopeful) that the new year may bring some resolution to that matter.

it dont make any sense becasue i asked other casinos for a withdrawal and i got it within 48 hours with no issues . there is not a problem with other casinos. and its not quicktender as i asked for a bank transfer. its now over 30 days , someone has to find out what the heck is going on over there no explination except technical difficulties, 30 days of technical difficulties is not a casino who can afford to lose clients left and right over this. something is very wrong at this point and im hopeing casinomeister gets involved soon

Do you think that one still gets the money or you can forget this? I'm waiting for a response via a contact person from the German forum.

It is very frustrating when the customer service agent has zero information, and blames it on another department. This is very unprofessional. Their support reminds me of Rival's customer support.
Casinos don't realize, most people can work with them, if they provide information. Even if you don't like the answer regarding the time frame, i.e., "we are having processing issues, but you will be paid within 30 days", at least you have something to work with...
However, when there is no information, people will draw their own conclusions.
I think it is a very bad sign that Louise has not responded to any of these threads regarding Cherry Red, Rushmore and Slots Oasis. Someone mentioned that she was no longer with the Rushmore Group, but looks like she logged into the forum on dec 23rd.
just curious how you make your deposits at these 3 casinos and how much you are expecting for your bank transfer. I had some issues in the past and I do know that they have a payout minimum which sucks like most online casinos.
