Having Difficulty Withdrawing Funds From Ducky Luck Casino

As a US citizen, I have been playing at various casinos that accept US players. I have deposited money and withdrawn it several times without any issues.

However, there is one casino, Ducky Luck Casino,

, where I am having difficulties.
1. I submit pictures of my driver's license and current utility bill to verify my account.
2. I deposit money by transferring BTC into the account. After gambling for a while, I make a withdrawal.
3. They requested pictures of my driver's license and current utility bill, which I supplied again.
4. After several weeks without a word, I contacted them, and they requested a selfie holding my driver's license, which I supplied.
5. After several weeks with no word, I contact them again, but they don't respond.
6. I redeposited my funds and gambled some.
7. Today I requested a full withdrawal and submitted a current utility bill, pictures of my driver's license, and a selfie holding my driver's license.

I'll let everyone know if they honor the withdrawal.
Has anyone else dealt with Ducky Luck Casino?

After a quick search it appears plenty of people are having issues with this casino (and its sister site slotsandcasino). They do not have a licence.

They do appear to resolve complaints so I would advise making a PAB here at casinomeister.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post and give me your feedback. I've deposited and withdrawn funds from slotsandcasinos several times, and I've never had any difficulties.

I will wait a week for a response from Ducky Luck Casino. If I don't hear back, I will inquire about my withdrawal. If I still don't hear from them, I will file a PAB here at Casinomeister.

Best of luck, delays seems to be the main issues players face with these sites so you'll more than likely get paid in the end.

Whilst I said it had no licence previously I did notice an image implying a Costa Rica data processing licence but couldn't find any evidence of it. Not that it would matter as its completely worthless.

Hell, I had same issues with this casino too.

No wonder they don't have a license on their website, it's a good thing I didn't deposit much there.

I did google, "Is Ducky Luck Casino licensed?"

"DuckyLuck Casino requires players to verify their identity before making a withdrawal. This ensures that you are the only person taking money from your account. This casino is licensed by the Curacao eGaming Commission."

Damn the casino names sometimes Ducky luck 😂
Might as well open up a sister casino Loose Goose 😀

This is the 1668/JAZ licence and they have ceased to be valid as Curacao have transitioned to a new centralised system. It was also the worst master licence out of the four. Despite what that affiliate site said (The Sports Geek?) they do not have this licence.

It's been ten days since I made my withdrawal request, and I haven't heard back from them. So, I just sent them the following email:

On November 1, 2024, I submitted a withdrawal request for $1,052.69. I submitted a picture of my driver's license showing both the front and back sides and a selfie of me holding my driver's license. Lastly, I provided a utility bill with my name and address. I haven't heard back from you.

I am a member of Casinomeister, one of the largest and most popular online casino and player advocacy sites. We are always looking for legitimate casinos that accept players from the USA. I have deposited and withdrawn funds from several sites, including your sister site, SlotsAndCasino.

I included my personal information.

What a fast reply! I attached a copy of the email they sent me.

I sent them a reply:

"I did send what you asked for when I made my request.
I'll attach them to this email.
If you need any more information, please let me know."
