Hey everyone,

I’ve got to share the absolute nightmare I’ve been through with Conquestador Casino I’m at my breaking point and desperately need advice. It all kicked off in early May when I tried to withdraw my winnings after some lucky streaks. I thought it’d be straightforward, but it’s turned into a months-long saga that’s left me exhausted and furious.

The trouble started with the document requests piling up, and it’s been a relentless slog ever since. I’ve sent them everything I can think of:

Payslips (one from Feb 24, 2025, showing my net pay which I had to dig out of my files),
Bank statements with my salary deposits which took forever to compile),
Screenshots from my MiFinity (carefully captured and sent over),
A screen recording they asked for,
My personal details for identity checks, which I triple-checked to get right.

I thought I’d be done after dealing with five different agents Morgan, Luiza, Frank, Harry, Kelly, and now Istvan over endless emails and chats. But no! Every time I send something, they hit me with another request, often for things that don’t even exist. They keep demanding the “origin” of my casino winnings that funded my e-wallets, even though I’ve told them a million times it’s from gambling, not my salary. They’re now asking for statements going back to when I opened my MiFinity a stuff from months or even years ago to show some “initial deposit” from my personal income. Here’s the kicker: they keep asking for detailed statements that MiFinity doesn’t even provide! MiFinity doesn’t give that kind of historical breakdown, and I’ve told them this, but they just won’t listen. It’s like they’re asking for a unicorn and blaming me when I can’t deliver it!

It’s been over six weeks since this started on May 7th, and I’m still nowhere close to getting my money. I’m drained from the constant back-and-forth, and I can’t even enjoy playing anymore. Has anyone been through this kind of ordeal? I just want them to stop asking for impossible documents and release my winnings I’ve given them more than enough already!

Thanks for hearing me out—I’m really hoping for some light at the end of this tunnel.

This part is definitely true, you get random different people replying to the email chain rather than some nice continuity, not necessarily a negative as they will be asking for the same stuff the original guy would have asked for but it is a bit disorientating.

Sounds like they did a source of wealth check and are following up with a source of funds regarding the funding of the e-wallet. Source of wealth was passed (via payslips/bank) and now they need to ascertain that your funds have not originated from a third party.

It does seem pretty extreme but as long as you provide them what they ask for and it all checks out I think you will get paid as conquestador, atleast in my experience, have been a pretty decent casino.

If you had a particularly big win you should be able to provide the evidence of that, combined with your wallet statement (if applicable) to show that the funding is from winnings and not from a third party.

It can be common for fraudsters to play on behalf of others or at the very least fund that play and that is what is what they are looking for in this situation.
