Royal Vegas Withdrawal Help

I'm in my statements page at Royal Vegas (FL) and it's currently in the "work in progress" mode. However under it they say "tracking number" with OSID:xxxxxxx

Now I have no idea what kind of delivery company has a 7 digit tracking number, but I went to Fedex and tried it. Didn't work.

Since I never received an email confirmation about the withdrawal due to their domain being down, I'm clueless.

Does anyone else recall what that means?

Isn't that the tracking number that the casino uses to identify your withdrawl request while they process it? I don't think your money has left the building yet, so you're one step ahead of them in thinking that this is the tracking number for the shipper.
