Used to be an Accredited Casino at Casinomeister, now Digimedia has let this one go out to pasture. Very low profile.
First Impression
Casino Lavida came on board years ago, in 2010, as the sister casino of Red Flush – another Microgaming casino. They were listed as an Accredited Casino, but after several years of success on the site, they were sold to Digimedia which changed things in a big way. Digimedia does not like for their casinos to have any representatives in our forum – sharing thoughts, ideas, dealing with issues, taking care of complaints, etc. Which was a surprise for me since I have known these operators going back to the very beginning of Casinomeister: 1998.
Well, it was a business decision for them – a rather shortsighted and abrupt one in my opinion. But it is what it is. They have put this property (and most of their others) on autopilot.
Casino Lavida is licensed in Malta and by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. If you were to have a problem, I have no doubt that it would be handled fairly – well, once it is escalated to either eCOGRA or one of their licensors. How their online support handles things – that’s undecided – until you let us know of course.
