Mr.Vegas account closure question

Hi folks,

Mr Vegas is doing terrible problems with my KYC procedure, in particular with one of the card I used to deposit.
Long story short it is virtual Revolut card, I have used it in many casinos and when asked just provided transaction statement (which has my personal data like name and address) and it was sufficient.
Mr Vegas asks me for photo (!) of card with my name displayed on it Revolut does not do that, there is only number shown. I have tried to explain this to multiple MrVegas employees but seems that there is no understanding among them of what virtual card is. Or maybe they expect me to ask revolut to change their app.

Anyway, no withdraw pending so I want to close my account. Would closing the account affect my fully verified Videoslots account? I have no beef with VS at this moment.

A quick look a the mrvegas site says “This website mrvegas.com is operated in Denmark and Greenland, and the United Kingdom, by Videoslots Limited, a Malta based company”.

A similar check of the UKGC site confirms that Videoslots are responsible for the MrVegas site in the UK.

Which license you play under?
I can only say on behalf of MGA and with that license when you close account at one casino that should not affect the game accounts of the rest of the casino group. The only exception is when the game account is closed due to a gambling problem then it's like license-specific ban.

I just read these license terms a while ago :D

But I'm a little disappointed that VS doesn't handle Vegas stuff and we still don't have a Vegas contact here

Couple things worth mentioning I think:
  • @anddi32 is quite right, Malta rules do not require casinos to extend SE across a casino group. Some groups do it voluntarily which is their prerogative.
  • MrVegas, per the owner's wishes, does not have a representative here, nor will they. I believe the stated policy for MrVegas is "no forums, no affiliates".
So anyone holding their breath for a response from MrVegas here or on any other forum (I'm told) is barking up the wrong tree, so to speak. :D
