I won a large sum of money in palace of chance casino. They told me I agreed to a 250 no play through 10xs max 250 cashout.I won a jack pot of 10,600.00 and they are telling me since they gave me this coupon I can only redeem 200.00 usd dollars.Even though my account has 10,600.00 saying withdrawable. It is in Costa Rica, there were no regulations and can I get help somewhere to claim my money or contact someone.Thank you for listening..

Hello jagers68! Welcome to the forum.............Sadly, when you use a deposit coupon you must abide by the terms stated on the coupon. So although you hit a RJ, you can't keep most of the money (250 max) The other problem is that Palace of Chance is part of the Virtual casino group and they are considered a rogue casino (not to be trusted). There's a list on this forum of casinos to stay away from playing.

No point wasting your time arguing with them. The best option for you now is to continue playing low variance slots/games until you reach $200/$250 and rack up comps in the process. Cash out the $250 and once you get your money play a little with the comps and cash them out. Remember not to patronize this casino again

Chuchu.......from the been there, done that page............if he plays it down to the 200/250 mark, they will subtract the amount of bonus received with the coupon and cash out what's left, if any. :eek2: If the OP wants anything left, he/she should keep the 200/250 plus bonus in the account before requesting a withdrawal............then he/she can come back after the WD denial and share the many new excuses the group has come up with to deny cashouts!

Well done - you just made $10,000 for the rogue casino! :(
If you try to withdraw now, Palace of No-Chance get to keep the money. (They wont put it back in the 'pot').
If you play it all away to earn a few comp points, Palace of No-Chance get to keep the money...
Sorry buddy, you're screwed.
Take it on the chin, learn & move on.

RTGs (Real Time Gouging) :D casinos do the sticky bonus..............(no offense meant for Inet and Club World)

jagers68, although we are harsh with folks about rogue casinos, you probably did not know about this group. So now you do. Believe me, although most won't admit it, we've been taken for waaayyyyy more than the twenty bucks you deposited.

So sorry to hear that jagers68 . Be sure to check here before playing another casino like that. I know I have also learned the hardway. Thank goodness for forums like this. :) Hope everything works out for you and welcome.

Yes I was ripped off by this very same casino and that is how I found casinomeister. However they did refund all my deposits because there excuse was just too flimsy. After I had cashed out,, and waited 5 days for them to process,,, I used what I had left in there to play other games, they had already deducted bonus and I had already requested payout. So then I didnt get any of it because I played my own winnings I left in there to play with on a non-eligible game. hogwash,,, but at least they lead us all to casinomeister... good luck all

reply place of chance

Thanks for all the replys. They have my account listed with 10,613.19 withdrawable, and 0 bonus points and 0 playthrough. They agreed to give me 200.00 cash. The next question is I never entered the coupon in ,they gave me this coupon in live chat ,and the person just said I will give you hot 250 and put 10 x max cash out,ok,and I said yes. This coupon was not listed on the site, and said it was a special promotion, and did not get the bonus listed yet,so can they still keep that money? If they can, should I just collect my 200.00 dollars now? Here is a copy of the email, and can you please reply to it.Thank you all.

> This is Scott with POC. We remind you that the bonus you had was Hot250, which the rules are: No playtrough, 10x Max cash out.
>
> The agent who gave you the bonus also explain you the terms and conditions of this bonus and you agree with this one. You can only cash out $200 maximum which was the maximum cashout allowed for the coupon (you deposit $25). now,I did not even put 25.00 in,I only put 20.00.Can they still do this???I guss what I am getting at is I did not redeem this coupon that was not listed, they put it in my account..

Can they still do this???
They can do anything they damn well like. :(
Totally unregulated, no scruples or sense of fair play, no come-back.
That's why they're rogued by all the responsible webmasters.

Did you even read all the posts above by other members?
Take the $200 and thank your lucky stars you didn't deposit more.
(Be prepared for a LONG wait for your money too).

Jags, as you probably know by now the whole Virtual Casino Group are bad news on a sharp stick: they've been blacklisted here for yonks!

"Can they do this???" - 'course they can, they're thieves! They live in the Wild West as far as the web is concerned, there's very little restriction on the nasty shit they can get up to. That's how the bad boys do it.

I know Joz has said as much but do have a boo at our Rogue Pit. You'll find most of the nasty places listed there, including Palace Of Chancy: avoid 'em, one and all.
