I just logged onto the 3Dice chat awhile ago, and there is a message that says Begging at 3Dice chat is not allowed and grounds for being banned. What's that all about, anyone know?? Begging from gamblers is a gamble in itself. Most gamblers don't like to be bothered by the WILL WORK FOR FOOD crew while they are trying to play.

dropped in on the chat to ask about it. apparently not an april fool's thing. guess it was something that became an issue and resulted in the new rule.

3- dice is almost ready to lose my bizz anyway!!

Or is 3Dice saying don't hit us up for freebies on chat???

..........i have never begged for anything at a casino, i have asked for bonuses, but this is after making alot of deposits in one day and also losing many Ks there, yes i have won there but the biggest winner so far is enzo at 3- dice:mad:i will admit ellen and karen and anna are what makes 3- dice fun to play at.it is my understanding that if a casino wants to maintain a great customer relationship, they should give you a bonus if you have had a dry period and remained loyal to that casino while still depositing there, i get more free money at b/m casinos than online ones so no enzo if you feel the need to put up such a crude/ rude statement, i wont be back till its gone and and you explain what you define as begging at your casino..............laurie................:p

Hi laurie, can I ask what may have happened?? I don't play much at 3Dice anymore either because the slots are just no fun to me. I will play VP there, but not as much as I used to. So they don't want us to ask for comps? Maybe not in chat, but they will still hit you every so often if you PM or email them. I really like the service, just not thrilled with the game results usually.

So, what have we learned here laurie. No begging for comps from 3Dice!! I wouldn't dream of hitting you up enzo or ellen and co., but can I have a little something PLLLEEEEAAAAASSSEE, OH PLEASE!!

That is sarcasm, know the difference everyone!

Honestly.... if a "friend" were to ask another "friend" for 10 bucks til payday....

Is that "begging"???????? or "Panhandling"???

I have helped some friends until payday as some have helped me. sometimes ppl get "caught up in the moment" ....

IMHO.....I don't think any harm was intended.

Some people are asking other gamblers NOT STAFF thru pm for money or tc. It got to be a big problem.
The way I was told this has nothing to do with asking staff for bonus.
I like the rule because I think it sad that a person in chat when the red someone won comes up that cant say thats me without someone hitting them up for money or tc.
Alot of people at 3dice give without being asked and thats the way it should be

please no one get me wrong but imo you call it as you see it sometimes and if you step on a few toes you say sorry and move on about your bizz!!! i have been guilty of asking and i repeat not begging for a bonus but this was after i had lost alot of money that day, so a 50.00 or 25.00 bonus will not make or break enzos casino piggy bank:eek: i think everyone that has played at 3- dice has had some degree of wins there, some more than others and they are customer friendly based and i think imo thats a good thing for any online casino to have as the u.s player really doesnt have that many places to choose from anymore.i dont have a beef with enzo but when you put something like that up on a live chat, it needs to be better explained as you may offend some really loyal players, just my thoughts on it but it sure ticks me the hell off!!!

pacers31;228526 So said:

its about player asking other player for money or tc.
I think it has nothing to do with a friend asking a friend for money.
Lot of winners are being asked for money for other players and thats not right.
as you know a lot of players give from their heart without being asked.
Thats the way it should be

I think it would be distasteful to hit up others for cash (unless I know them real well, friend or something), and requests to the casino should be private. I really have no problem with players helping each other out if they want to. If you don't want to spot someone some cash say no, pretty simple. 3Dice even provides a platform to gift each other, so I can't see that the idea bugs them. It probably does make some of the customers uncomfortable, and from that aspect I understand why they don't allow it. Some people may feel that they are better friends with others that may not see it that way, then the chat arguments begin!

i'm pretty sure it was done for the benefit of the players so that there would be no uncomfortable situations. i honestly don't think it was in any way meant to offend anyone but to rather to retain a friendly, comfortable chat. IMO. i really thought it was an april fool's thing or something though because of the wording.

agreed:) im glad its april fools day as i sure feel like one now.

I must say... very well spoken in "some people may feel that they are better friends with others that May NOT see it that way" very well said!!

however I don't see any "chat arguments".... (just my opinion)

I also agree... alot of people, probably myself included. Have made friends over the years here at CM and there at 3dice and feel a real bond and trust. :)
I used to toss around TC's whenever anyone needed them. I really don't and didn't mind!, but I never felt imposed on! I guess to so many Cash is different. and that is fine..

I guess I honestly don't understand the purpose of this thread
.. is it to ask 3dice if we should not ask for bonuses? (I won't! I have in the past.. but learned!)

...to label someone a "beggar" as opposed to "someone who asked"

or

..is it to to find out "who" asked "who" for whatever??
Just curious.
Regardless of this whole Hoop La I myself will always see y'all as my friends (good, bad, whatever) and if I ever do hit good... You can be assured I will remember my friends, and then some. :notworthy

Probably the same people over there that are here begging for a few dollars to gamble in private messages.

Hell that goes on thru PM's on this forum usually by the conniving under false pretenses and manipulative lying. Ironically the most notorious individual I am aware of has made an appearance in this thread...The PM's are still available as some were fowarded to me by possible victims!! or maybe this post was just an April Fool,not...you are never lending money to a gambler, you are giving money imo and from experience, otherthan hating to see the truly innocent and good-hearted fall victim to the conniving addicted, none of my biz!!

Ah, this must have been you then Nash. To fund your high-rolling, I guess:D:D.

I recall Babs having thanked Hippo 925 for a small gift at 3Dice. This is very warm. However, if others should grasp these as opportunities to fund their gambling then it's very sad. I hope that Enzo can shed more light on this.

Wow, Nash, call me dumb. I didn't know that goes on here and maybe it's just because I never even thought about asking people for money. Let's face it, no matter how "close" you think you are to someone here or on another forum, unless you know someone face to face, we are still strangers in all actuality. And would you ask a complete stranger for money. Well, I guess some people would, sorry. Blows my mind.

Yeah, it doesn't really bother me, but I can see from 3Dice standpoint where it could cause disruption on the the chat. Personally, I don't hang out on chat. I'll pop in once in awhile if I have a question or something. So, if anyone wants to throw me a few bones, I'll look for it in my balance!HAHA Hey buddy, can you spare a Tournament Credit?!?

Call me weird, I won't ask my own parents for money and won't take it when they offer. I guess some people have no standards or morals.

I guess I was brought up with the mindset of if you can't afford it you don't need it.

Hiya Guys:

If I may, I would like to shed some light on this subject. First, it has nothing to do with asking for chips (player to staff). It has nothing to do with gifting from our site (hippo gifting me)

This was the problem which has NOTHING to do with any players here :)

This is all hypothetical:

Say someone wins $3K and everyone is soooo happy for the winner. These winners are also very nice people. They throw some tourneys to share the wealth as Ive done when I won. Well, there are actual idiots that PM these winners asking for money which makes the winner uncomfortable and its not fair that a winner has to worry about non depositing moochers , again not from here.

scenario Two: Lets say someone has won many TC tourneys for the $50 buy ins. She/He decides to give a couple to her friend because they have so many and some ppl lose all the time and the winner feels bad so she says "hey, I got a couple you can have" Well, before you know it, this person is asking for tokens everyday, I mean everyday! Then they see that person gettting one and says "can i have one too?" It gets out of hand

Again, and this is so important: It has nothing to do with anyone in the CM site and nothing to do with asking for a chip. It is all chat players begging for TC's or money and on top of it, chances are these beggars never even deposit, ever!

I hope this clears things up with everybody :)
