Ask for the number to the old processor, they have got to be able to get a copy of these checks that were cashed.
As for Tara, that e-mail was rude as hell. She should be asking something along the lines "are you sure you did not get these checks because I am being told that the checks were cashed". Instead she is saying the case is closed.... Now in the introduce yourslef thread with Heather, I did make this statement:
Please don't take the stance "The player has been paid, there is nothing we can do now". And that is exactly what they did. This is just so wrong on so many levels here.
David be persistant, keep bothering them, get the information you need to fight this even at the bank level. I have to admit, I think they never sent the checks and are using this a pretty dame lame excuse to not pay you. They are having financial troubles, it is so apparent now. As for the bull crap Heather came here to pass on to the members here, well we can all see that she is Pinnochio's twin, but boy after reading that e-mail I would just love to be the one to cut her nose off with a chain saw!!
David I hate to say this, but I really think your out that money, because they are not going to work with you and Heather sure the hell isn't going to come in here and state the truth either. I am sorry David, truely sorry that you are out this money, and wish there was more people you can turn to for help. But if I were you, I would going to every forum I can find on google and post every bit of information you have along with their e-mails and warn everyone you can. Because they are only taking more players for a ride.

As a member who doesn't post very often, I have to say after checking in daily to read Heather's Intro thread, this "pisses me off" too. Heather was aware of David's case and yet he receives that email today stating "case closed". I'm very suspicious of reps that come on here with smiley faces, talking about the weather and asking for a positive start to the week when the thread is littered with complaints from players needing answers. The only positive I see is that Bryan left the thread open long enough for Heather to effectively tarnish Rushmore's reputation even more, if that is at all possible at this stage.
Actually I was thinking that 'Heather' reminds me of the person who used to take care of the player complaints for the virtual group at that other forum. Lots of "I'm here to help, please PM me your username" and smiley faces and excuses and brushoffs.
Anyhow David, seriously I'd send a PM to MaxD and see if he'd be willing to take this on. You've done your bit by contacting the casino and the rep, maybe it's time to send in the big dog. (no offense Max)
From this point forward - if a player has any real issues with payments, etc. that they would like to discuss, I will be reading the forums and will be happy to discuss the issues and resolve them as quickly as possible. A PM or e-mail to heather@rushmoregaming.com will be the best way to be in touch. I will NOT, however, continue to respond to comments, PMs, or e-mails that I see as baseless or rude.
I am hoping to see a positive outcome from this forum in the future. Users on other forums are helpful and respectful when it comes to concerns that arise and have shown great results in resolving issues. I expected the same type of results from casinomeister...

We are working to get all payment issues resolved at this time. Any helpful or positive comments will be accepted and greatly appreciated. On other forums things are being taken care of quickly and without problems. I was hoping that casinomeister would show the same helpful support. Until now we have received nothing but rude and obnoxious comments.

The only other thing I need to respond to is to tell everyone that that post from Heather was also a lie.
She is not getting the helpful and nice support at other forums as she claims. They are just as suspicious as we are here, and the issues are many not resolved yet at other places too.

Hopefully they will be able to dig up some information about where the checks were cashed and pictures of the signature. If we still can not come to the bottom of this I will work on getting the funds reissued to you. Please refer to PM for all further correspondance about this issue.

We had an incident a few months ago that created problems with payments. Everything is back on track and we are no longer have issues with payment
If I was rude in my post, I am not going to apologize. Enough is enough. Lies after lies.... it just getting worse. I often wonder if David wasn't a member here what would happen. If the great community here at CM didn't shout out in support of David and other members that have not been paid would "this case be closed" still?
Working with the public for 21 years, I can honestly say that if I were a rep for this casino I would be working day and night to get every thing resolved and getting my players paid. It is all down to reputation and the way people look at your business. You want to stay in business, then take care of the problems and take care of them quickly. I am an honest person, and the worst thing anyone can do to tarnish the perception of their business is lie. Once it is discovered that the business lied, no one will take what the business says or does as any thing credible. I did everything I could to make our customers happy, and I went out of my to make sure any problems were corrected. Customers are what keeps business open, and happy returning customers are what makes any business profitable.
Would telling the truth about cash flow problems from the very begging help these players? Probably not but would have given the Rushmore group a lot more credibility here and every other forum.
I really do hope you pay David, and I hope you do it fast! This poor guy has been waiting for 6 months for his money lets not make him wait another 6 months to get this resolved.

FWIW I don't think a PAB is the way to go at this point. Bryan has already said they are free to contact him directly and I think that pretty much over-rides anything I might do at the PAB level.
If they do contact Bryan and come to an understanding then I'm sure that would clear the path for PABs to follow.
I'm an easy person to contact. And as I mentioned in my earlier post, I will make myself available to meet up in Dublin next Tuesday-Wednesday. Take it or leave it.
