Sorry about my absense this weekend. I was away on a little family trip! I hope you all had a great weekend!

In regards to Dublin - I will not be there. If anyone representing this group is going it will be affiliate managers or members of their team. I'm not sure if they are going or not, but if they are I'm sure someone will be happy to meet with you and answer any questions you may have.

Not to be rude, but do you really think a perky message once in a while is going to change anyone's opinion? I know from experience, you didn't have "isolated" processing issues, you guys have MAJOR financial issues. And, it's ongoing. It just never stops.

If you want to be taken seriously you need to resolve past issues, that's it, otherwise NO ONE is going to listen to the rhetoric. It really gets old.

Well, everyone knows the last thing I would ever want to do is sound rude but people who are unusually chipper in times of crisis always strike me as a little odd and the happier a person is in the worst possible times, the scarier it gets.

Heather Is Still Looking Into It

I just received an email from Heather and she is still looking into the matter of the checks that were sent in Dec 2011. I've written to Rushmore several more times but they haven't responded so I'm not going to write to them anymore. I'm so happy that Heather is still looking into it.

david. i was among a few that was told checks and wire transfers were lost in dec 2011. i never got a answer as to what happend to the funds. all i know is 3 1/2 months latter i recieved my payment in the mail. i did get a few emails from tara telling me they were looking into it and so forth. it was a long process of waiting. i was a lttle skeptical of the check clearing my bank so i held the ck for 14 days just to make sure. i wished they would get their act togather. then i would dep and play there once again.

Whatever happens, dont play there again. Delays, lies and more. So David isnt the only one who was given the 'lost checks' excuse. Out of curiousity, I would like to know whether they told you sometime in between that the case is closed is closed as far as they are concerned. If so, they might have used this trick on many players and told them they were pursuing a lost cause. Only those who did not give up were paid finally whereas they saved themselves a fortune confiscating funds that players did not pursue.I cant believe any word they say. In a nutshell 'they cant be trusted'.No one should deposit there anymore.

I have been informed by the processor that the check numbered 1793 for $604.10 was cashed on December 20th. I now consider this case closed. (Unless you bring it up in a well known and popular forum where we are trying to build false hopes that past due withdrawals will be paid and convince people that our financial problems have been resolved. Then the case will be reopened.)

Also, Heather is expecting us to believe it was sent on Dec 18 and cashed on Dec 20? Really?? Snail mail takes longer than 48 hours surely?

It doesn't add up.

David, I'd like a little clarification from you.

You've referred several times to checks, and I was under the impression you were awaiting two checks. The cashed cheque rushmore claims was cashed on Dec 20th for $604, is that the only check you were waiting for, or is that one check that covers two withdrawals?

Once upon a time, (not casino related) I didn't receive a cheque I was expecting, and it was re-issued to me. Maybe 3 months later I was contacted because the original cheque was cashed, and I was sent copies of front and back of that cheque. I had to swear an affidavit that it was not my signature, and provide multiple copies of my signature for their investigative team.

Of course, Rushmore casino already has your ID and your signature to compare things with.

I won't be rude and call anyone a liar, but the Casino's attitude towards David and his issue is reprehensible.

The OP's first post about non-payment was back in January, so surely the casino should have told him payment was issued way back then.

Please refrain from coming on here and having a 'Jab' at the membership then running... There's nothing 'Weird' about stating they haven't been paid or enlightening us about a smoke screen you are trying to put up in order for everyone to believe you are 'back on track'.

What about clearing THIS issue up. You hardly want to be snowed under by players actually taking you up on this offer.

You no longer work with this "miracle" processor that is able to cut a check on the 18th, and have it in the player's hands early on the 20th so that it can be cashed later that day. Seems odd that such a stellar performing processor got ditched.

weatherman- I would love for players to take me up on it - which is why I posted it! I am hardly snowed under as I have not received a single e-mail or PM with a player complaint from this froum (with the exception of David)!
