Hi Guys

I'm sure some of you also had some "Provider Win Checks" before. I mainly only play pragmatic, and what i never understand is, why does it only happen in some Casinos?

Example: Yesterday, withdrawal at Kukimuki (5000 total, 1 2000+x win). My account is fully verified. They say i need to wait up to 3 days for a extra check (requested by the provider). I've had this before in other casinos and it was never a problem, so it's fine, but i what i wonder - i used to play at Betpanda.io (as example) A LOT in the past, had even some 7000x+ wins, and NEVER was a provider win check requested, even the 7000x+ win was paid in 5 minutes.

So are there different "settings" for a casino, or how does it work?

I honestly don't believe the provider requested a check. I could be mistaken, but it looks to be a delay tactic.

A lot of the time, the way the casino treats your withdrawals may indicate their appetite for risk and ultimately their lack of funding.

Don't give them the joy of playing it back either.

Yeah i mean i was really lucky, did some 2-5$ spins on different slots and ended up with over 6k, withdrawing 5, but also lost the 2 deposits before at the casino, so yeah, a bit weird, but the support sounded at least very professional and it didn't sound like an excuse, and as i said it happened twice before in other casinos and i always got paid, but i was just wondering why it seems some casinos NEVER do it - and support said 'The provider requested a win check" which sounded a bit off to me. Let's see. I will update you guys - overall my experience at Kukimuki has been pretty positive so far (automated KYC, clear bonus terms, ...)

Sometimes theres valid reasons a casino might check play before a cashout(ie a player could build a bonus using bonus funds on a slot like lil' devil and then use real money to trigger the super bonus) but a provider wouldn't request that.

I figure rep probabaly misspoke and meant the casino.
