Rushmore wrote back and said they sent the checks and case closed. But I never received the checks. 05-16-12a.jpg 05-16-12b.jpg

Ask for the number to the old processor, they have got to be able to get a copy of these checks that were cashed.

As for Tara, that e-mail was rude as hell. She should be asking something along the lines "are you sure you did not get these checks because I am being told that the checks were cashed". Instead she is saying the case is closed.... Now in the introduce yourslef thread with Heather, I did make this statement:

Please don't take the stance "The player has been paid, there is nothing we can do now". And that is exactly what they did. This is just so wrong on so many levels here.

David be persistant, keep bothering them, get the information you need to fight this even at the bank level. I have to admit, I think they never sent the checks and are using this a pretty dame lame excuse to not pay you. They are having financial troubles, it is so apparent now. As for the bull crap Heather came here to pass on to the members here, well we can all see that she is Pinnochio's twin, but boy after reading that e-mail I would just love to be the one to cut her nose off with a chain saw!!

David I hate to say this, but I really think your out that money, because they are not going to work with you and Heather sure the hell isn't going to come in here and state the truth either. I am sorry David, truely sorry that you are out this money, and wish there was more people you can turn to for help. But if I were you, I would going to every forum I can find on google and post every bit of information you have along with their e-mails and warn everyone you can. Because they are only taking more players for a ride.

Sorry if this post seems a little harsh but it pisses me off to no end knowing that this rep Heater came here and flat out lied numerous times to everyone. When is this crap going to end?

As a member who doesn't post very often, I have to say after checking in daily to read Heather's Intro thread, this "pisses me off" too. Heather was aware of David's case and yet he receives that email today stating "case closed". I'm very suspicious of reps that come on here with smiley faces, talking about the weather and asking for a positive start to the week when the thread is littered with complaints from players needing answers. The only positive I see is that Bryan left the thread open long enough for Heather to effectively tarnish Rushmore's reputation even more, if that is at all possible at this stage.

Exactly, Heather did nothing to help David, not a damn thing. Isn't that reps do? Help players with their issues? It really does make me angry and to think these checks were "cashed" in December and he is just finding all this bull crap now in the middle of May?

I do not know Heather, and I don't know David, but this crap infuriates me like you can't believe. David deposited in good faith, and so did many other players. And for their good faith, they get lied to, to many times to count, and their winnings pretty much stolen. by these lying SOB's. And there is nothing anyone can do to help anyone. Rushmore knew what they were doing, and I think they should be shut down. But with RTG being so damn greedy, they will let then operate to collect their money. Which makes me even more pissed off.

Is there away any who is owed money by the crooks, can through RTG to get their money? Does anyone know?

I totally agree. It sounds like to me this rep isn't here to help anyone, she us just trying to coax players to return or start playing with rushmore. Such crude tactics, imo. I hope Max will consider a PAB, and I hope CM will pull a plug on their obvious marketing techniques. I have had an advertising for almost 29 years, and what she is doing is easily recognized. Shame on the whole group! Stay diligent David, copy and post your complaint on every gambling forum you can find. Let the players be warned.

If a casino ever spoke to me in such a manner, whether it be any of the few I play at,I would never play there again-after continuing to pursue what is rightfully mine of course.

Thats nothing less of disgraceful.

Almost 6 months on and you are only just informed now? Can anyone think of any reason why this would be,ironically timed see as she thinks the case is closed?

The way she speaks, its like shes saying the deadline for any dispute is up.

Actually I was thinking that 'Heather' reminds me of the person who used to take care of the player complaints for the virtual group at that other forum. Lots of "I'm here to help, please PM me your username" and smiley faces and excuses and brushoffs.

Anyhow David, seriously I'd send a PM to MaxD and see if he'd be willing to take this on. You've done your bit by contacting the casino and the rep, maybe it's time to send in the big dog. (no offense Max)

Trouble is, methinks it would be a total waste of time.

If they insist that the check was cashed, then they're not going to cover it.

I apologize if I've got this wrong, but didn't you say you cashed out in December? If they're saying you cashed it on the 20th Dec, then I'd be surprised as payouts were already delayed back then and seems odd you would have received the check so quickly.

The casino should be able to tell you exactly where and when the check was cashed, which could help your case if it is on the other side of the country etc.

With these SOBs you never know. They could well have issued the cheques and cashed them in themselves. I am sure they never even issued the cheques and when a casino does it they ensure the cheques are delivered to the correct person. In the past there were cases of casinos lying about the issue of checks and subsequently they had to reissue but at least they admitted that the player wasnt paid yet. Now Rushmore takes it a step further and writes off these debts. I think their financial position is even more precarious since they will use these tactics to confiscate winnings. It has come to a point when one cannot be guaranteed they will be paid after all. Previously we were all talking of delays in payment. I am sorry to say this is likely to be upgraded to no-pay at Rushmore.

You know Chu-At this point I wouldn't put it past them to cash the checks themselves. But who knows....

It is just a shame that is happening to David and others. I would not be a bit surprised if in the near future we hear that Rushmore is closing their doors. I actually wish it would be alot sooner. One can only imagine how may other players are being taken who are not members of any gaming forum.

Does anyone know if they are licensed by any gaming authority? Because if they are is there a way these players could file a complaint with them? I did check out their site but did not see anything. But I could have missed it.

Well, it's possible for checks to be stolen - someone once broken into the mailboxes at an apartment building I lived in and stole a bunch of stuff, including my tax refund check. Someone took it and signed it and cashed it, but the IRS had a copy of the cashed check and the signature was NOTHING like mine and it was cashed at a bank I didn't deal with. They went after that person and cut me a new check.

If the check was cashed, it needed to be signed - somewhere there's a record or photo or copy of that signed check. Seems to me that it would be pretty easy to compare the signature against the signature on the OPs ID. If there really was a check I mean.

Hi David,

I have sent another e-mail to the processor asking for more information about these checks. Hopefully they will be able to dig up some information about where the checks were cashed and pictures of the signature. If we still can not come to the bottom of this I will work on getting the funds reissued to you. Please refer to PM for all further correspondance about this issue.

We are working to get all payment issues resolved at this time. Any helpful or positive comments will be accepted and greatly appreciated. On other forums things are being taken care of quickly and without problems. I was hoping that casinomeister would show the same helpful support. Until now we have received nothing but rude and obnoxious comments.

From this point forward - if a player has any real issues with payments, etc. that they would like to discuss, I will be reading the forums and will be happy to discuss the issues and resolve them as quickly as possible. A PM or e-mail to [email protected] will be the best way to be in touch. I will NOT, however, continue to respond to comments, PMs, or e-mails that I see as baseless or rude.

I am hoping to see a positive outcome from this forum in the future. Users on other forums are helpful and respectful when it comes to concerns that arise and have shown great results in resolving issues. I expected the same type of results from casinomeister...

Glad if David will get his money. Time will tell I suppose.

The only other thing I need to respond to is to tell everyone that that post from Heather was also a lie.
She is not getting the helpful and nice support at other forums as she claims. They are just as suspicious as we are here, and the issues are many not resolved yet at other places too.

Maybe its a good Idea Heather. You came on here with the sole purpose of pretending all is well at Rushmore. Its far from the truth and your little stint has ended because we as a Community are tired of seeing players shafted! The membership here do not accept bad practice and keep quiet on issues where answers need to be given.

There was nothing Rude about the responses but I feel that you have neglected to give us proper responses and insight. A typical example would be when a poster complained he had not been paid in a few weeks (I though all was well and payments were on track??) - You blatantly ignored the issue at hand.

Its one thing coming on here and help, but we also need answers. Rushmore's reputation is stained and by you going into hiding, it confirms that YOU don't have answers nor are some of the players being paid.

I think it is appropriate for David to request WHERE he signed receipt of the Cheques - This would put the issue to bed. All you can say is they were cashed, but you cant prove it was delivered to him. Please prove us wrong. This is what we want ' TRANSPARENCY' - Not another marketing exercise to lure players when others have outstanding funds. As Casinomeister said - when everyone is paid in full - then we will applaud the Rushmore group.

At this moment in time - You are still taking deposits and operating when other people have been shafted.

Aren't items courier delivered required to have a signature by whoever accepts delivery?

That was the only way I was able to get UPS to track down a missing package sent to where I work that everyone - but us- said was delivered. Finally got a copy of the signature of who received it, it wasn't one of us at work, in the end we found out it was delivered (as one of many packages) to a store 3 blocks away.

I am sorry but in this business not all PR is going to be positive or a casino is never going to be criticized, even the best cop some criticism at times.

To be perfectly honest, I didn't think anyone was rude and half of the statements or questions are not even what I would consider "Hard'. If it's so easy on other forums then why is it so difficult on this one?

Sorry if you take this rudely, but we can also expect this from Casino Reps. And your statement is not entirely 100% correct as Trill has pointed out.

Glad if David will get his money. Time will tell I suppose.

One thing became clear in the introduction thread. If any monies get seized or frozen by US banks or the DoJ, Rushmore consider this to be at the players' expense, and such funds are deemed to have been paid, and it is up to players to make a claim through the proper channels, such as the DoJ. This is how the "case closed" attitude was portrayed for the batch that had been seized at the end of last year, and that Rushmore would only reissue these payments once the seized funds were returned to them, which as we all know is never going to happen because your processor is not going to make a claim for them through the proper channels.

You are trying to "market" this as a one off "exceptional circumstance", and that since "we no longer work with that processor" all will be well from now on.

What you are NOT saying anything about is that funds are frozen and seized on a regular basis, and sooner or later Rushmore will AGAIN be telling players that their payments were seized, and will not be reissued till the funds are returned to the processor.

None of this whatsoever explains why non-US players suffered months of delay in receiving their payments as though they too were having funds seized by the European equivalent of the DoJ.

All US facing operators suffer losses due to funds being seized, or even stolen by processors. However, they make good by reissuing the payments to players, and take the hit as the cost of doing business in the US. Players barely know how severe these problems are.

Rushmore on the other hand seem unable to manage the risks or engage reasonably reliable processors. They should perhaps pull out of the US and concentrate on lower risk markets, where the costs of doing business are lower, and the risk of payments being seized negligible.

Given how quickly Rushmore burn through processors, it is highly likely that apart from funds being seized, they are being stolen by the criminal elements that are prepared to process to the USA in direct contravention of UIGEA. Such criminal elements are bound to have schemes in place to cover their tracks, such as falsifying records to show that payments have reached their destination.

They may well "lose" the smaller payments more than the large ones as it is more likely that the casino will reissue them rather than dig too deeply by asking for more evidence, an investigation that could cost more than the amount of the payment.

For Rushmore to have ditched the processor that allegedly issued David's check suggests that Rushmore had some pretty serious concerns about them, as we all know how hard it is to find a replacement processor in the post UIGEA era.

Your group of casinos were placed in the rogue pit for a reason. And since they were placed in the rogue pit, I haven't heard diddly squat from the Rushmore group - not from a rep, not from the owner. Obviously Rushmore did not value its accreditation, did not value the community at Casinomeister, it did not value the players that were referred by this site (you should go into your database and count them - but I wouldn't be surprised if they were detagged ) it did not value the support and consultations that come from Casinomeister.com.

Rogue listing here:
https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/

Then out of the blue you sign up in the forum, and introduce yourself as if everything was peachy fun:

My name is Heather and I will be the representative for all Rushmore Gaming brands:

Rushmore
Chery Red
Slots Oasis
Slotsville
Pure Vegas

I am looking forward to becoming active on this forum. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions and/or concerns regarding these brands!

Happy Gaming!

Heather McPherson

:what:

Further you state:

We had an incident a few months ago that created problems with payments. Everything is back on track and we are no longer have issues with payment

An incident? My head is spinning. I should have closed your account as soon as this posting was made, but I figured the membership would call you out on this. And they did. You claim you have only been getting rude and obnoxious comments here. How rude is it of you to ignore the Rogue listing? How rude is it of J. to dismiss the rogue pit after being an Accredited casino at Casinomeister?

Please read the following:

i-Gaming reps will at all times conduct themselves in a professional manner. Your presence here is to provide players and affiliates with information, and to assist our members when need be. Your account will be closed if you attack other's businesses, exploit the board for marketing purposes, poach players - or any other conduct the staff deems unbecoming of an i-Gaming representative. Do not misrepresent your business. This account is a privilege; keep it as professional as possible. Please remember that your boss (or share holders) may be reading your every word.
https://www.casinomeister.com/forum-faq/forum-policies/

In my opinion, calling the membership rude and obnoxious is unbecoming of an i-Gaming rep. Also, you are misrepresenting your business when you are claiming that all is well at Rushmore. It seems to me that you are whitewashing a seriously bad situation hoping to recruit players and affiliates. You do not want to do this here.

Something else to keep in mind - members listed as "Webmeisters" in this form have agreed to not promote casinos listed in our Rogue section. I feel that an affiliate manager would take this to heart. We may only have about 200 active webmasters in this forum, but many of these people are some of your top earners/most outspoken webmasters.

I'll be in Dublin next week if you or someone else would like to discuss this in person. If I am wrong about your payments being up to snuff, and everything is peachy fun at Rushmore, then show me the evidence.

If I was rude in my post, I am not going to apologize. Enough is enough. Lies after lies.... it just getting worse. I often wonder if David wasn't a member here what would happen. If the great community here at CM didn't shout out in support of David and other members that have not been paid would "this case be closed" still?

Working with the public for 21 years, I can honestly say that if I were a rep for this casino I would be working day and night to get every thing resolved and getting my players paid. It is all down to reputation and the way people look at your business. You want to stay in business, then take care of the problems and take care of them quickly. I am an honest person, and the worst thing anyone can do to tarnish the perception of their business is lie. Once it is discovered that the business lied, no one will take what the business says or does as any thing credible. I did everything I could to make our customers happy, and I went out of my way to make sure any problems were corrected. Customers are what keeps business open, and happy returning customers are what makes any business profitable.

Would telling the truth about cash flow problems from the very begining help these players? Probably not but would have given the Rushmore group a lot more credibility here and every other forum.

I really do hope you pay David, and I hope you do it fast! This poor guy has been waiting for 6 months for his money lets not make him wait another 6 months to get this resolved.

This is an excuse to divert attention from the real issue. In a way she was rude in not addressing our concerns directly and Bryan did the right thing in giving her a rap in the knuckles and closing the thread where she was rude in making reference to Lotso's comments in another forum in an attempt to demean the community here. I do think the group is making a last-ditch attempt to solicit more deposits before closing shop. To my knowledge she hasnt helped a single player get paid. Rather, she is churning out excuse after excuse. In the past, even Virtual made some payments (remember Marty Davis) before rearing its ugly head again but Rushmore didnt even pay at least a small portion of its players so time's up for this group IMHO.

FWIW I don't think a PAB is the way to go at this point. Bryan has already said they are free to contact him directly and I think that pretty much over-rides anything I might do at the PAB level.

If they do contact Bryan and come to an understanding then I'm sure that would clear the path for PABs to follow.

I'm an easy person to contact. And as I mentioned in my earlier post, I will make myself available to meet up in Dublin next Tuesday-Wednesday. Take it or leave it.

This is what boggles my mind, no one from this group is contacting you, and if I remember correctly Heather did state she wanted to know how to get out of the rogue pit and that was some time ago. And yet no one has contacted you? I would be doing everything I could to make arrangements to met up with you when your making yourself available.

Look, I know this is not the only gaming site, but I do feel it is highly regarded. I mean the owners and mods of other sites are members here also, and the reps that are in good standing do value their memberships here, (IMO).But this group acts like it is no big deal to be in the rogue pit. I have checked other sites and there are warnings up at the 4 I checked at this group, and still nothing is improving.

Maybe to them, they are just typing what they think people want to hear. I will tell you what I want to hear damn it, and that is the TRUTH!!! No more damn lies, no more cany coating anything. But then again I realize I am dreaming and need to wake up. We haven't heard the truth from this group in ages, so why should they start now?

Heather Seems Nice

I've corresponded with Heather and she appears to be sincere. She told me that she will look into the checks and will get Rushmore to re-issue the checks if need be. I hope that the meeting between Bryan and Heather is fruitful.
