Brilliant CS

I had a problem tonight with TSII. It locked up on the wildstorm feature, and wouldn't reload the game. Although when the CS agent logged into my account, it loaded ok. After an hour or so of trying everything possible. we eventually cleared it by the CS agent taking a spin for me, therefore clearing the result of the wildstorm.

Great site, and brilliant CS agent Timmi.

I can't see any reason why they shouldn't get accredited, although I don't play there much. because I don't like the way the WR of the bonuses work (not that there are many bonuses offered)

Thanks for the post Brianmon as this was the same problem i had all day yesterday and only after reading your problem i went back to CS and they did a spin for me.It worked but within about 10 spins same problem and had to clear it again through CS. Can't fault the CS though as they truly are excellent.

I've only been playing here a short while but touch wood everything's gone without a hitch. After providing documentation, I've had really quick withdrawals which is fantastic - how many places keep your withdrawal pending for ages? I never play with bonuses (I'm a VP player and just don't have the patience when the game counts for something like 5% of WR) so can't comment on how good they are. But overall a solid, trustworthy casino who I'd recommend. :)

Paypal makes it easier for us in the UK, because it's generally free to deposit and withdraw money and sometimes payments with debit card can be blocked when trying to deposit.

Also paying from your Paypal balance, saves having bank statements with gambling transactions all over them.
 
Made my third deposit today. I made a small cashout paid to my Neteller account within 30mins. The live support there at Leo Vegas is excellent. This casino gets a big thumbs up from me:thumbsup:

Praise where praise is due. Speedy payouts are an important factor for me so it's great when an online casino doesn't leave a cash in pending for days on end. Imagine that happening in Vegas!

Correct, so many casinos out their who pay into your bank account within a day or so, why play where it's a 48 hour period before they even consider processing it, then it's another 3 days or more before it hits your bank account.

made 1st dep, got only 100% bonus instead of 200%... appearently the dutch are germans now and since its not stated clearly upon registration, i think thats a flaw.
there seems to be a list in bonusterms and we arent on it. probably spend too much money.
i think its B.S. that i dont see this easier be4 or during registration.
blew through my dep in no time, low rtp on gonzo starburst and piggy riches... very low.

i dont know if im gonna play more, i must think about it

support was understandable and good, but any issues couldnt be resolved as of yet

Unfortunately it's due to regulations in the Netherlands I'm afraid. Again, we don't want
to step on any toes that could impede our chances of getting our license in Holland
later, therefore we can't offer Dutch as a language on our site or bonuses.

However we do try to accommodate a 100% bonus for our Dutch players to not

Funny how experiences can differ, as I've had the total opposite experience, and currently rate LV my number one site.

I currently can't stop winning on the site, and that includes Microgaming slots which have been very unkind to me at other sites.

I made my first withdrawal on a Friday night, and it was back in my account via VISA on the Saturday. This has never been achieved at any other site I play at, as I've always had to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Amazingly fast for a bank account transfer.

Excellent selection of games via pc and importantly for me, on mobile. No technical issues at all, and slots all seem to run very generously from my experience.

There is a lack of bonuses for Australian players, but Olle explained that this is because they're yet to build a strong base of Australian players due to being a new region. This doesn't bother me that much as I prefer straight deposits, but to Olle's credit, he advised me that he is always willing to credit a bonus if asked personally. Bonus Issue - No support reply

I am de-lurking for this one as I am really hacked off.

I was about to play at my usual 32 Red and Guts the other night but checked in here and saw Leo Vegas was getting good reviews plus there was a 200% bonus. Nice I thought so I joined. I didn't deposit though. Next day I had a text saying that they had tried to phone me and would try again later. No doubt to entice me to deposit.

That night I deposited £50, expecting the bonus to take it up to £150 but all I got was it taken up to £100.

I used the contact section (not live, just a contact form) and it said that they would contact me shortly. I played my £100 and lost out. No big deal but I want my other £50 as advertised and I would alo like a response but after 12 hours NEITHER.

So, I used the contact form again and then I rang the phone number - this is now at the point where I am nearly at 24 hours since my deposit. The telephone service said I was in a queue. It then started ringing and ringing - no answer.

So, some of you guys may have had good service but my experience has been really poor. I gamble a lot - I love it but I bloody despise bad service.

WTF is the point on a max of 50 on a 200% bonus - especially a first one? Seriously crap - can't believe I got caught out or I would never have deposited with them.

In terms of the bonus, it's 200% up to 50 AUD/GBP/EUR. Which means that you'll get the maximum amount of bonus
when depositing 25 AUD/GBP/EUR. Since your deposit was of 50 AUD/GBP/EUR, you got the maximum bonus available.

I can see your point mate, the bonus amount is quite low. But with this being said, you're also scooping 200 free spins at the same time.
Which means you can claim 200 free spins and 200% bonus on a deposit of 10 GBP, or max out the bonus with a 25 GBP deposit.

To me personally, there's value in that offer, but I might be biased. Nevertheless there are three other welcome bonuses to claim
which is totaling 650 GBP. Now, if that's not of interest, I'd be more than welcome to sort you out with a high roller bonus if that would be
of interest.

I'd like to make up for the slow reply for the customer support, so, shoot me a PM mate.

I took this up with our customer service department and according to them you sent an email at 1.15 and got a reply at 2.05 (that's in reference to the email you posted here). There was also another email sent 21.43, in regards to us no replying which was replied to one minute later by us.

Could it be that the email was stuck in your spam box or anything? If you could lead me in the right direction what mail you didn't get a reply on for 24 hours, I'd be happy to investigate this further.

Not that I don't believe you, but this is what it looks like from our end.

I have to agree that the offer does have value.

I did 25 to get 50. over the time the free spins win total was 51 pound. So in terms of that it made the offer 400% on the 25 deposited
