made 1st dep, got only 100% bonus instead of 200%... appearently the dutch are germans now and since its not stated clearly upon registration, i think thats a flaw.
there seems to be a list in bonusterms and we arent on it. probably spend too much money.

Funny how experiences can differ, as I've had the total opposite experience, and currently rate LV my number one site.
I currently can't stop winning on the site, and that includes Microgaming slots which have been very unkind to me at other sites.
I made my first withdrawal on a Friday night, and it was back in my account via VISA on the Saturday. This has never been achieved at any other site I play at, as I've always had to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Amazingly fast for a bank account transfer.

Whilst the CS is always friendly, they are restricted, so I advise all players to contact Olle if they find CS has been unable to help. Olle will fix any issues, and he really is all about making the customer feel special, and ensuring their LV experience is enjoyable, and long term.
I'm seriously considering never playing anywhere else again, and at the very least, I'll be a long term loyal customer here, that's how impressed I've been.
Give them a chance, and if you have an issue, give Olle a chance to help. You won't be disappointed imo.
