Brilliant CS

I had a problem tonight with TSII. It locked up on the wildstorm feature, and wouldn't reload the game. Although when the CS agent logged into my account, it loaded ok. After an hour or so of trying everything possible. we eventually cleared it by the CS agent taking a spin for me, therefore clearing the result of the wildstorm.

Great site, and brilliant CS agent Timmi.

I can't see any reason why they shouldn't get accredited, although I don't play there much. because I don't like the way the WR of the bonuses work (not that there are many bonuses offered)

Thanks for the post Brianmon as this was the same problem i had all day yesterday and only after reading your problem i went back to CS and they did a spin for me.It worked but within about 10 spins same problem and had to clear it again through CS. Can't fault the CS though as they truly are excellent.

I've only been playing here a short while but touch wood everything's gone without a hitch. After providing documentation, I've had really quick withdrawals which is fantastic - how many places keep your withdrawal pending for ages? I never play with bonuses (I'm a VP player and just don't have the patience when the game counts for something like 5% of WR) so can't comment on how good they are. But overall a solid, trustworthy casino who I'd recommend. :)

Paypal makes it easier for us in the UK, because it's generally free to deposit and withdraw money and sometimes payments with debit card can be blocked when trying to deposit.

Also paying from your Paypal balance, saves having bank statements with gambling transactions all over them.

Correct, so many casinos out their who pay into your bank account within a day or so, why play where it's a 48 hour period before they even consider processing it, then it's another 3 days or more before it hits your bank account.

Unfortunately it's due to regulations in the Netherlands I'm afraid. Again, we don't want
to step on any toes that could impede our chances of getting our license in Holland
later, therefore we can't offer Dutch as a language on our site or bonuses.

Funny how experiences can differ, as I've had the total opposite experience, and currently rate LV my number one site.

I currently can't stop winning on the site, and that includes Microgaming slots which have been very unkind to me at other sites.

I made my first withdrawal on a Friday night, and it was back in my account via VISA on the Saturday. This has never been achieved at any other site I play at, as I've always had to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Amazingly fast for a bank account transfer.

Excellent selection of games via pc and importantly for me, on mobile. No technical issues at all, and slots all seem to run very generously from my experience.

There is a lack of bonuses for Australian players, but Olle explained that this is because they're yet to build a strong base of Australian players due to being a new region. Bonus Issue - No support reply

I am de-lurking for this one as I am really hacked off.

I was about to play at my usual 32 Red and Guts the other night but checked in here and saw Leo Vegas was getting good reviews plus there was a 200% bonus. Nice I thought so I joined. I didn't deposit though. Next day I had a text saying that they had tried to phone me and would try again later. No doubt to entice me to deposit.

That night I deposited £50, expecting the bonus to take it up to £150 but all I got was it taken up to £100.

I used the contact section (not live, just a contact form) and it said that they would contact me shortly. I played my £100 and lost out. No big deal but I want my other £50 as advertised and I would alo like a response but after 12 hours NEITHER.

So, I used the contact form again and then I rang the phone number - this is now at the point where I am nearly at 24 hours since my deposit. The telephone service said I was in a queue. It then started ringing and ringing - no answer.

So, some of you guys may have had good service but my experience has been really poor. I gamble a lot - I love it but I bloody despise bad service.

In terms of the bonus, it's 200% up to 50 AUD/GBP/EUR. Which means that you'll get the maximum amount of bonus
when depositing 25 AUD/GBP/EUR. Since your deposit was of 50 AUD/GBP/EUR, you got the maximum bonus available.

I can see your point mate, the bonus amount is quite low. But with this being said, you're also scooping 200 free spins at the same time.
Which means you can claim 200 free spins and 200% bonus on a deposit of 10 GBP, or max out the bonus with a 25 GBP deposit.

To me personally, there's value in that offer, but I might be biased. Nevertheless there are three other welcome bonuses to claim
which is totaling 650 GBP. Now, if that's not of interest, I'd be more than welcome to sort you out with a high roller bonus if that would be
of interest.

I'd like to make up for the slow reply for the customer support, so, shoot me a PM mate.

I took this up with our customer service department and according to them you sent an email at 1.15 and got a reply at 2.05 (that's in reference to the email you posted here). There was also another email sent 21.43, in regards to us no replying which was replied to one minute later by us.

Could it be that the email was stuck in your spam box or anything? If you could lead me in the right direction what mail you didn't get a reply on for 24 hours, I'd be happy to investigate this further.

Not that I don't believe you, but this is what it looks like from our end.

I have to agree that the offer does have value.

I did 25 to get 50. over the time the free spins win total was 51 pound. So in terms of that it made the offer 400% on the 25 deposited

Also, 200 spins sounds great but 10penny spins do not excite me - plus they are set at 20 each day so you have to keep coming back - nothing more than a ploy to entice you to deposit.

Guts has it right in my opinion. Very little fuss, pay out very quickly usuallywithin hours with the occasional excellent bonuses and they don't hide behind devious tricks.

I played here a few weeks back for the first time with the welcome offer, i really liked the fact that you could withdraw if you won on your cash balance although i didnt because i wanted to play more :p i had lots of play out of the money i had spent, the free spins were a nice finisher on a decent welcome bonus, there were no technical issues for me and support were good, i haven't noticed many rewards for returning customers but i may have missed this. a measure for our CRM segmentation where a high VIP indicates a loyal player. So in other
words, the higher VIP level you'll achieve, the more and higher bonuses you'll receive

The sign up offer seems good and since I can only make one small deposit this weekend, it's seems like the ideal site.

After registering I got 20 free spins on starburst. It paid some loose change so I loaded up dead or alive and this landed on the very first spin.

Imagine that wild was a scatter? It would have been one spin at this casino and 5 scatters on Dead or Alive....

I wonder if there is a max cashout on the free 20 spins as a dream hit could have become a nightmare.

Just an update on my experience since I first joined up.

Originally I was a huge fan of lv, and rightly so. As Australia was a new region launch there were no regular bonuses or offers, however Olle assured me of a personalised vip service so I was happy to forgo the lack of offers for this reason and become a regular player.

Not sure if I qualify as a high roller, but I'd say I'm a medium roller, and began giving lv the majority of my business, spending around $800-$1,000 per week.

First the positives. Excellent site lay out, great range of slots, fair play, fast cash outs, and great mobile selection.

Now the negatives. There aren't many, but for me it is a fairly important issue.

There is no weekend support for VIP's. It's kind of an issue, especially when you are happy to not receive regular bonuse offers under the arrangement that you'll still receive VIP service.

As most of us like to play on weekends, I found a few instances to be very frustrating when my VIP contacts were non responsive on weekends and live chat couldn't assist with VIP customer issues. Sometimes I would be lucky enough to get a response and that was great, but on other occasions I would have to wait 48+ hours for a response until Monday or Tuesday.

Unfortunately this isn't VIP service to me, so I returned to my usual sites. There's a lot to like about lv, but the inconsistent service for a 'VIP' customer can't justify the bulk of my weekly budget. Maybe once the Australian site is more established and regular bonuses are offered, I may return as a standard customer whereby cs can always help with any queries.

It's a shame as they had the potential to win my exclusive business, however personal issues aside, I would still recommend them, maybe just not to higher bracket 'VIP' Australian customers as the standard VIP level system within the site has absolutely no relevance and the 'personalized' service just isn't up to scratch unfortunately.

I still vote they pass the BOF for the mentioned positives.

Just singed up and managed to get a few nice wins from Leo. Whole experience at the moment is great especially their customer service, I had a few issues with withdrawing etc. and they were able to quickly solve all the problems without any hassle at all. I would like to see a better option of depositing such as Poli, since thats what i normally use and a bank transfer withdraw option. Besides that great overall and friendly customer service, will be back.
 
i was looking to sign up and give a try but i will pass for now...

Promotional bonuses, Competitions and Free spin offers are only available to users from Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Finland, Norway, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia and Sweden.

this could be improved. even if your generous bonuses are for these countries only, any active player should benefit from free spins and competitions, like Guts does despite im restricted from bonuses and im happy to get something back in a way or another(comp or FS).
