I played here only for 1 deposit. I would have to say I was very surprised I could withdraw the cash part of my bonus. I think this is the first time I had this option, which is very nice.

Really happy to hear you like our casino!

I think we're one of the few that allows this at the moment and we're
planning on keeping it that way. If a customer wins big on for example
their first deposit we don't want that money to be locked just because
the player took a deposit bonus. We think it's more fair to give
the player the opportunity to withdraw their own cash money if he/she pleases.

Avalon and Thunderstruck II are in the pipeline, that's something I can confirm right now. I'm going to
have a talk with our CPO when he gets in today to give your an ETA and also and update if we're planning
on getting the other ones that you mentioned.

I don't really want to start from scratch again, to achieve access to all the bonus features, So it looks like i'll have to play elsewhere, where i can choose the bonus i want to play, since I play different features, depending on my balance

I'm not sure if this is an accurate answer since I can't speak on behalf of Casino Luck.
But maybe the information we received could explain why it happened.

When a technical error was discovered on the MG Slots at LeoVegas and the games were
taken down. All the player information (e.g the bonus level obtained in Immortal Romance)
was cleared. This information was unfortunately not transferred back again when the games were
live.

I'm too trying to get to the bottom of this and if this information is available somewhere so all
players can get their correct information back. I do understand that it must be very frustrating
to have to start all over again.

I'll try to do my best to get you guys as much info as possible. Not only for LeoVegas players
sake, but for all casino enthusiasts. I'm very eager to get to get this sorted.

I did experience some errors. MG games always show error 0, other games (don't know which provider) just show 'There was an error'. I also got the message 'Try again later' a few times.
I guess the errors are due to my jurisdiction, so you can't be blamed for those. However, it would be nice if those games just weren't visible to me in the lobby, when I am not allowed to play them.

Also, a search or sort function to find the games easier would be nice.

But Netent worked fine and treated me nicely

Yes, I got the bonus no problem, just had to ask support. They were very nice, and said I would also get 2nd, 3rd and 4th sign-up bonus, just have to ask chat support before deposit.
