A response would be nice considering it is very odd that you removed MG slots the night after I registered. Whilst I don't mind a little dabble in Netent slots, I signed up to play MG slots. Netent slots are that tight and boring that I would have been better off just donating my money to you, so you could buy yourself something nice.

I find it very odd that you are the only casino I play at that suddenly removed MG slots for 'maintenance'. Hence a more detailed explanation would be nice after I deposited under the expectation that they would have been there 8-9 hours after I registered.

I'm sorry, there was a technical issue with the MG slots that we discovered early this week and I spoke to our Chief Product Officer
about this as late as yesterday regarding getting these up again. I know these games are very popular, especially for our UK players
and I can sweat enough how important it is for us to get these up and running.

The issue with the MG slots was the cash wagering, giving both payout on cash and bonus balance. Hence they were taken down,
again I'm sorry that they were removed and the timing couldn't have been worse since your just registered with the MGs as
your game preference. Although if a game doesn't work properly, it's nothing we want to expose our players to and a decision
was made to take them down.

I will discuss this with our CPO later today in order to try to give you an estimated downtime on these.

Azzurri, hope this shines some light on the situation, and you're more than welcome to ask me if you have
any more questions.

Hi I made my second deposit there today and while I was disappointed that MG games were not there overall it was a good experience. It would have been better though if I made cashout Good site and games play without any issues. Thumbs up from me.

Nice to get a proper and thorough explanation. However I still think your customers could have been notified either via email, or a pop up on your site.

I totally understand that and again, the timing couldn't have been worse.

After my last reply here I spoke to our CPO again and according to him it's an
issue on the MG side and they are currently looking over it to see where the problem
lies. I'll be sure to keep you posted on this.

Regarding the pop-up or email, I totally agree with you there and we'll be better
at communicating this to our players in the future.

I agree, apart from the fact that while playing with the cash part of your balance, before you dip into the bonus funds, nothing is contributed towards the WR. but you can withdraw any cash and winnings minus the bonus at any time. So it's more like 'instant cashback with WR'

Where as sites like BetAt, who have a similar bonus structure, you begin contributing towards WR from you very first bet, whilst playing your cash, rather than when you've used it all.

Not that that's anything against them being accredited. Because I'd be voting yes to accreditation.

Been receiving the 20 free spins on starburst per day, as per the sign up bonus. Great offer and all, but still with no MG slots, it's impossible to go on and do anything with any winnings. We all know it's hard enough to get something from starburst, well twice, including just now, I've managed to build my balance to $10, then as soon as moving to another Netent slot, it's gone in 60 seconds.

Can we please know when MG slots will be back! Starting to feel really taken advantage by, as I think it's very misleading to have advertised you offer MG slots, only for them to be removed after accepting the sign-up bonus and depositing. It's really false advertisement essentially.
